Originally I wrote a really good review. The ear units seemed to work really well for my 88 year old Mother, but the first pair I ordered had to be exchanged prior to the "return date" expiring. One of them wouldn't charge. They sent me another pair. After a few months I ordered another pair, from the same seller, so she would have a "backup". Now, only 3 months later, one of those won't charge. I can only assume that is because of the cheapness and quality of the product. Contacted both the seller and Amazon, who, by the way is supposedly the guarantee of the product, and neither holds any responsibility for the problem. I buy an enormous amount from Amazon, and usually am fairly satisfied with the sellers and products. No doubt you'll have some "Bad Apples" in a bunch occasionally.

Absolutely amazing! My 93 mother visited an audiologist and her hearing was down to 50% symmetrically. While she had hearing aids from 15 years ago, they were no longer working for her. I bought these amplifiers and they are miraculous. It took her awhile to find the correct settings, but now she's a pro. Best thing: The rechargeable feature. She easily plugs them in every night and NO TINY BATTERIES to deal with. Worst thing: They may make a horrible squeaking sound until you place them in your ears. There is a learning curve to do it quickly and successfully, but worth it. She can now participate in conversations and hear the television. She is over the moon with this economic and beneficial option.

Definitely work well, people will be happy to hear me say something besides, "What?" The prices for the prescription ones are ridiculous(thousands of dollars). They wanted hundreds of dollars extra just for rechargeablilty which I know for sure is a matter of ten bucks at most. That makes believe the rest of their tech is equally overpriced.

Best hearing aids ever! I can hear better in these than my old $3000.00 real hearing aids. I am hearing things I have not heard in years! A new world for me! Thank you. Not the most beautiful things.. but sturdy and they really work! Love that they charge and do not need those batteries! Noise reduction function works great! ❤️

I bought this set as a temporary replacement for my expensive ones that need to be serviced or replaced.Once I got the ear buds and feedback worked out I was amazed how well they worked.These things are really good.They aren't as invisible as the expensive ones but, is some ways, I prefer them.If you don't have hearing aid insurance I suggest you buy these. They're that good.

I ordered these to see if they could convince my 93 yo mother-in-law to get fitted for aids. I think they have done the trick. At first she did not like 'hearing herself' but she soon acclamated. Then she got frustrated with the controls. Now she is confident that in a week or so she can dominate them. Definitely worth the $$ to lead someone to rejoin the world.

I ordered these for my father who has struggled with serious hearing loss. He is an old musician. He had a set that wore out, and applied for a loan for a $3000.00 new set, and was refused. This new set arrived quickly without hassle. They were easy to set up which is essential for older folks. Very clear instructions. He says they are comfortable. His only complaint at this point is they're too loud. (!!!) Even on the lowest setting he is hearing noises he can't percieve without them. We will see if he gets used to them. For the price, I would recommend this product.EDIT: Father had trouble with a random squeal. Adjustments fix this issue it seems for the most part but for an individual w dementia it was such an issue he stopped using them. Minus a star

I recieved the product within a few days of ordering packaged nicely with individual holders for each unit along with easy to read directions and 5 different tips. These were a definite improvement in hearing. Little things became loud even on the lowest setting. There is a learning curve in getting use to the product. I have large ears and the tube that goes between the earpiece and the volume control piece that goes behind your ear was too short for comfort for me. I am returning these for that reason. Had the tube been longer I would definitely keep these.
