Wf2830 didn't accept them

I have an wf2830 and it didn't want to accept them even if I accepted as a non genuine Epson ink.

Initial problems

There was initial problems with printing on my WF-2830 using Black Ink, but after speaking with seller they sent replacements. I still had problems but eventually together we resolved it.Using the WF-2830 I needed to clean print head around 10 times consecutively for Black to work.Quality of prints are now perfect.Excellent customer service throughout.
