lovely brandy snifter, will make a nice present, but very disappointed that it arrived with no packaging at all, just in the manufacturers box with a large label stuck to it , which proved very difficult to remove. not good.

Arrived tarnished and damaged.
Ordered the the copper warmer for my Father's 60th. When it arrived it was tarnished in many places. Could not give it as a gift so had to return. Very disappointing.
