Great for the price but still not the ideal Smart TV
Good things: Price, Great picture, nice looking TV, Has Netflix and amazon TV. The downsides unfortunately outweight the pluses. This tele has the ability to connect the satelite ariel cable directly to the TV so theoretically you do not need a freesat box (e.g. humax) and only need to use one remote. However, the downside is you don't get the channels organised into nice tidy viewing layout e.g. BBC1 followed by BBC2, followed by ITV, Channel 4 etc etc. Instead you get every BBC channel listed of which there are loads before then getting every ITV channel (again loads), every Channel offered by channel 4 (again loads) plus all of the other channels for news, radio etc etc. So you have to memorise the number of the channels you watch regularly once you have of course gone through and found them. Unfortunately you can't organise the channels in to your favourites to simplify this process either. I called Toshiba for help and they said there is no easy way to organise the channels - they said that it is more simple to run the TV through a freesat device. If I understood Toshiba help correctly, they did mention that some TV companies have the contract with Freesat which enables the TV channels to be simplified but Toshiba is not one of them. The other thing that was annoying is everytime I wanted to turn from ordinary TV to watch either netflix or amazon I always had to reconnect to the wifi. This could be due to my internet connection and not a feature of the TV but it doesn't happen to my Humax box.Overall, great looking TV, great price, picture and sound quality great also but did it make my life easier when it came to using the smart features - the answer is NO.

Great TV, just Rubbish help from Amazon when develops a fault....
Really like this tv but unfortunately it developed a problem with accepting wireless broadband signal and it was just out of warranty, basically Amazon just washed their hands with us, didn't really want to know.Only advice id give is DONT buy large products like this from Amazon because if it goes wrong just out of warranty your on your own.I know that , yes, its out of warranty but a tv should last trouble free longer than 16 months, at least if you've got it from a shop you can go back to the shop with your faulty item and demand some kind of help instead of talking to someone at a laptop at his kitchen table. so just think on.....

Phenomenal considering it's price
This is the cheapest FullHD Smart TV that I could find and for us it has worked perfectly. Bear in mind we bought the refurbished £150 version rather than the new £200 version. Getting a 1080p 32inch screen that has a Netflix and Amazon Prime button on the remote is an absolute dream of a bargain. If you are on a budget I would highly recommend to look no further.I read many reviews before and the only gripe seemed to be that the wireless receiver is not that strong. We have had zero issues with this. But in their defense, our TV is positioned about 3m from our WiFi router with minimal wall in between. I imagine that if you have your TV two stories down from your WiFi receiver, that you would have much less success. Bear that in mind before deciding to buy. There is also the option of connecting the TV via an ethernet cable. That would obviously give you flawless reception should that work in your home.

Not the best
The sound doesn't kick in until halfway through the opening credits, and sometimes just disappears altogether mid-programme. It has a habit of flashing red and green randomly from the on/off light, which isn't ideal in the middle of the night (it's in our bedroom). Can't add all the apps you'd like, eg Disney+.My suggestion is to spend a little more if you can and get a better TV.

Toshiba 32LL3A63DB bargain!!
I've had the TV for two weeks now and:Super fast delivery. Very well protected with big bubble wrap. The screen and control even came with the protective plastic stuck to it. Not a single scratch. Very easy to assemble the stand. The TV works perfectly, including Amazon Prime & Netflix. I have also plugged a hard drive and a BD player and they both work too! This is my quarantine sorted.Just waiting for Disney+ to roll out to Toshiba so I can have the whole package!Great bargain, grab one while you can!

Doesn't work
Sadly, I was disappointed with my TV. It looks beautiful and I installed it quickly and TV set up was simple. But after a few hours the problems started - the guide doesn't load fully so you can't see what is actually on, if you close and re-open the guide you can load three more channels but then it crashes again. Wifi would suddenly cut out in the middle of a show and there are no settings options to reconnect to your wifi which is highly frustrating (the menu lists only 'wired connection' or 'disconnected' which is no use). After trying all the usual 'switch it on and off again', the TV randomly switched itself on and off about 20 times, still refused to connect to the internet, and so I've unplugged it and requested a refund. Sad because when it worked for a few hours it was a lovely TV.
