Horrible product. STAY AWAY. Used it once and it is already permanently damaged - yet I’ve never had this issue with a pot before, even after two years of use. The photo attached is a result of heating olive oil on medium for ten seconds. Have tried cleaning by hand, putting in the washing machine, soaking with dishwashing liquid, still like this. First use and it’s already useless. Save yourself some trouble and go purchase T-fal!!!

We used the pots once and it not only burst into flames but when we tried cleaning it the bottom started peeling off!!This is the worst set of pots and pans I have ever bought and do not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy cookware!!!!

First and foremost I need to say that I don't think this is a brand manufacturer issue! I think it is a seller issue. I'm confident that this item was from store returns and resold. I have bought many Sunbeam products in the past and since my wedding in 1995 I still have the products that were gifted to me. They all work great and have long life. The pot set does come with a warranty so if this seller does not do returns I will go to Sunbeam for replacement or return. you definitely get what you pay for! Beware of previous use. I bought this set after having my old set lost in my recent move and a new set was not exactly in my budget at this time but i needed it for Thanksgiving that I hosted. In a perfect world I would've sprung for a more expensive brand. The frying pan and stock pan are smaller in life than they seem to be in the pictures. My set was definitely pre-used and showed signs of wear. I had no choice but to use them because I didn't have time to start a return process. The frying pan was ruined with first use from boiling water and soaking stuffing in. It could not handle high heat and I'm really thinking that it was pre damaged from previous buyer misuse and they painted it to cover it up. The stuffing was ruined because of the non-stick/painted coating flaking off and a burnt chemical taste. The stove burner was set to medium high. So far all other pots are fine with no damage. I would like to return the frying pan. I think the seller needs to inspect return products a bit better before reselling.

The nonstick came off both when used to cook acidic food, and became scuffed when even a nylon spatula was being used.The handles came loose from the pans almost immediately.the chrome ring is falling off the big pot.These seem almost less of 'pots and pans' and more of a 'pan shaped object' which one would give to a child to play with, aside from the fact that the lids are glass and also hard to get clean.The lids also seem to have the plastic parts slowly disintegrating.The interior does not have rivets or other parts hard to clean, and the handles did not become overly hot in use.They became more or less unusable within a few weeks of use, and are rusting where the nonstick came off.

I have had this product since around May 18th. This is the Dutch oven pictured. It is now June 9th and this is the condition this pan is already in! It is absolutely terrible and unusable! I have cooked in this pan approximately three to four times if that! It is obviously cheap and horrible even at this bargain-basement price. I paid around $20 something like that for the set. I just needed extra pots and pans. But even at that price forget it!

I believe this product is dangerous for your health. Just after few uses the Non-Stick Surface "melts" and gets mixed up with your food - I am afraid I might have ingested some of the Non-Stick stuff. TERRIBLE product. DON’T BUY IT. The Teflon came off in big chips (I use wooden spoons to cook) and ruined my food the second time I used the pan. The Teflon in another pan flaked off the FIRST time I used it. I tried to contact Sunbeam and got caught in their phone system nightmare and was never able to talk to a real person. I emailed and finally got a response that gave me a number to call. Unfortunately it is an international number and I don’t have international calling on my phone. I called/emailed again asking for another domestic number and never got a response. So basically their money back guarantee is that they guarantee you won’t ever get your money back. Sunbeam used to be a good brand, but I’m done with them after this. So make sure you always read reviews before you buy products and hopefully you won’t make the same mistake I did.
