These were an experiment for me. I make dog food and was hoping these would prevent treats from molding. They kept for a little while. So maybe these are great for coffee. I'm not sure I'm the one to rate these as I didn't use them for their intended purpose.

Good quality bags which work to preserve freshness of your coffee beans. I use these when I give coffee beans as gifts.
