The Didache Bible

The nrsv is easy to read and understand. On Kindle the CCC links don't work. However I have the physical as well.I ordered a CCC ebook to quickly go to the number to read it. Having 2 tablets I can use 1 for the bible and the other for CCC. When not using the physical Bible.The physical Bible is also a joy to read. I gave my 1st bible to a Catholic friend and he loves it too.This bible is so informative. There are explanations of Catholic doctrine and where they came from, helping one to understand our faith more.I highly recommend this bible. Especially for Catholics. Would probably be good for episcopal and Lutheran as well.

The book itself is beautiful. The explanations based on our Catechism with the references are very good.I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

This is a great choice to see the Catholic catechism come alive

I purchased this Bible as a Christian coming from a Protestant background in the hopes that its notes and articles could answer some of my questions regarding Catholicism. I'm happy to say that my questions are being answered with the resources in this Bible and I am being greatly blessed by the wealth of knowledge contained in its pages.

The font size is great. I love the colorful maps showing the holy lands as they were when our Lord Jesus walked the Earth. Easy to read. Catechism teachings included help make the lessons Jesus taught easier to understand.

If you are into apologetics and want a clear, yet beautiful translation of the Bible, then get the Didache Bible. There are commentaries on certain subjects, as well as references to the Catechism of the Catholic Church for further explanation as it applies to the faith.You won't regret it!

I purchased the leather bound hardcover version.I purchased the Didache Bible for my studies in RCIA as contemplate “going Catholic”. I was looking for a study Bible including Catechism reference numbers in the comments and the Didache Study Bible delivers!I am using this Bible in conjunction with the Little Rock Study Bible to help make my study more rigorous than what RCIA is providing. I’m grateful to be able to tie the Scripture and the Catechism together more completely as a pre-Catholic. The Little Rock Bible is more like the Life Application Bible while the Didache is more like the Thompson Chain Reference for the Catechism.
