Find A Spare Removal Tool & Glass Lens Cover For Bosch Neff Siemens Build In Ovens Diameter 60mm x Height 45mm For 'Golf Ball' 40w Oven Bulb

Bought to fix grill light, which the bulb cover had broken off. The replacement arrived in a few days, well packaged. Unfortunately the removal tool didn't gain much purchase on the broken bulb cover, which pretty much had only the thread intact, so it had to be broken off. Once the broken bulb cover was removed, it was simple and quick to screw in the replacement. I could see that if the bulb cover had been intact, the removal tool would have been ideal for the job. My grill light is as new again, so I'd recommend.

To remove the old broken bulb and fit the new bulb

I was looking for a replacement glass cover for one of my ovens as the original one had broken when I had tried to remove it to replace a bulb. The removal tool was perfect for removing the old cover safely and easily and the new cover was a perfect fit.

Nice and simple to use. I had to heat the oven up slightly to ease the old glass off it's mount, but that was easy and the little socket made removal easier still. New glass fits great.

The plastic removal tool is to thin and weak, Not fit for purpose. Do not waste your money on this item.

I tried in vain to remove the lamp cover from a Neff oven by hand.Tried all sorts of things. I didn’t even know this existed at first.The cover came straight off with no effort, would never have got it off otherwise.

I needed to change my oven’s bulb. However, I found it really difficult to remove the existing glass bulb cover in my oven, so I bought this mostly for the tool and thought the glass cover could just be a spare.But no matter the angle, the plastic tool never got a real grip of the cover I was trying to remove. It was possibly partly due to the oven too - the metal ring frame that the glass cover screwed into moved a little. As there was a spare glass cover included, I resorted to trying to smash the old cover with a hammer, which was harder than I thought. In the end, I wedged a flat screwdriver between the old glass cover and metal frame, and gave it a couple of knocks with the hammer and that was all it needed to loosen it up.As I chipped the old cover when trying to smash it, I used the new glass cover to replace it and that worked perfectly.

Both products arrived on the specified delivery date. Removal tool was easy to use and new glass cover fitted perfectly.
