I really hurt my back trying to move furniture on my own. I'd tried everything, pain killers, yoga, pilates and attempting to lay flat on my stomach. I tried kneeling to take the pressure off my back, honesty I thought I was going to carry this pain for life.I got this to just ease the pressure. Little did I know at the time it would assist in relaxing all the tight muscles that were trying to protect the injury.With everything looser I reached over to get something and heard a cross between a clicking and grinding sound and the very next day I felt amazing, and have done ever since.What a fantastic product.

I bought this to hopefully help my back pain I get while at work, I spray paint kitchens so often spend hours at a time leaning over a spray table and it takes it toll on my back. I like that this had a splint in to help keep my back straighter than it normally would be and also that the support went the length of my back. I’ve previously used a corset type support but it was very uncomfortable and would dig in.This does take some getting used to, at first it can feel abit restricting so you need to keep adjusting it and get it so it’s in the right place. I think this type of support may be better for people who have a ‘sitting’ job, it would help your posture, however I found it abit awkward as I need to be able to move unrestricted for my job.The quality is good though, it’s well made and there’s lots of adjustments.

This posture corrector is much better than the ones I previously owned. As much as I wanted to correct my posture, the correctors just hurt too much for me to actually use them. This one, however, is made from an elastic material which flexes and is actually comfortable to wear. it stretches to let you slouch, but applying slight pressure as a reminder. It's easier to just keep the better posture and it makes it second nature after you've been wearing it for a week or so. It's been very good. the belt helps keep tension on the armstraps. I am aware of the belt more than I'd like but it's totally worth the benefit. I like how this one is made too. The materials seem to be high quality. The pads on the armstraps make it even more comfortable. it's very soft. all in all a good purchase that I am happy with. Recommended.

Bought this product for my husband because he slouches a lot and is starting to get a bad curve in his back. The SECOND he put this on his posture improved. He said it's not pinching or uncomfortable like some other braces he's had and it is fully adjustable so if there is discomfort we can improve his posture in stages. The instructions were clear and I'm really excited to see my husband's progress!!

Feels odd at first and is quite bulky but well made. I’ve been on meds for years having had a back injury when I was young. I wanted something other than continually taking tablets. I’ve tried all sorts of treatments over the years but I must confess this is one of the better pieces of equipment I’ve tried. I only wear it at home and only for an hour or two. So far it’s eased my pain considerably.

Got the product and started wearing it for a few days. I always hold my shoulders too far forward so thought this would be perfect. I wore it under my jumper at work. At first it was a it uncomfortable and painful but I think that's because my posture was so bad I wasn't used to it. After a day or two it got more comfortable and I had better posture even when I took it off. It helped with more than just my shoulders as well because it made me more conscious about my posture in general. There are plenty of ways to adjust it to get it to your liking.

I have spine problems due to my type of work of sitting on chair all day long so i because of spine pain decided to buy one of these. First few days you’ll have to get used to them as you won’t feel them nice on you but after a about a week you’ll feel and see the result. Cheap and worth

Hard to put on if have Arthritic shoulders.Once on, very comfortable.Very good value for money.Well made and durable.
