Angel Soft Toilet Paper, 60 Double Rolls, 60 = 120 Regular Rolls, Bath Tissue, 12 Rolls (Pack of 5)

I've always liked Angel Soft but just started on my January 2020 order and the rolls are 1/2" smaller than my previous order. I know this is a cost saving move for the manufacturer but don't like that they aren't up front about it and act like they're selling exactly same item!

Since it's sold as "double rolls" I thought this would be the large double rolls that are sold in my local stores but these rolls are pretty small. If you have a medium/ large household you will be changing the roll 3 times a day. I don't recommend this product for that reason. I have to pay attention next time since I hate changing the rolls more than once a day. I find it annoying when I have other chores to get done. Also this toliet paper is hard.

When your husband comes to you saying “we are in for a rough time” having our beloved Angel Soft toilet paper in his hands...that’s not a good sign. We have been using the same toilet paper forever, this delivery from Amazon is not right. It feels like sandpaper. It’s still 2-ply, but that’s all there is, nothing angelic or soft anywhere. Even the texture is different, if you check out my pics, it’s clearly visible that we got fake Angel Soft (gasp), is that possible? Considering current shortages, we can’t return it, but as my husband said, we are in for a rough time. Beware, if the shortage is over, I would recommend not purchasing from Amazon or switching brands.

O.k., I bought this as I could not get any of my Costco TP, which I normally use. The immediate difference between my Costco TP and this becomes immediately apparent. These rolls are smaller rolls, width wise, and height wise, and they accordingly have fewer sheets than the Costco rolls. As for the 'softness', I find the Costco rolls and these rolls to be about the same. I stick with Costco, due to having had my sewer line plugged once, while using Charmin, and having to pay good money to get my line cleared. I was told that Charmin is the number one TP that clogs lines up, as their TP does not break down as well in the sewer lines, due to their thickness, to make it 'soft'. The plumber stated that the Costco brand was the best one to use, to avoid sewer line issues, as it broke down well in the sewer. I have stayed with Costco, and have had no further sewer line issues.IMO, the Costco is a better buy, as they are double rolls, and you get quite a few rolls in the Costco bundle, making that just about a comparable roll count as this 60 roll package, but also being $10 cheaper. I will continue buying Costco, when things go back to 'normal'.

But during the coronavirus crisis when everybody was buying out toilet paper haven’t used it yet but sure plan to.

It works. It’s necessary. It’s soft.
