Works great!
The new filter fits well in my coffee maker. I like the idea of not having the extra cost and trash that disposable filters provide. I also found out that the coffee turns out stronger while using the new filter. Therefore it will save me money on the cost of the coffee as well. I recommend getting one for yourself!

Works, but not a perfect fit
Works on my 400 series Krups coffee maker, but needs to be pushed down to fit, my only concern is since it dosent fit perfectly that it might come apart over time, BUT so far so great!

Does NOT fit FME2 or FME4 models!
This filter does NOT fit the models that are claimed in the description. I have an FME214 and an FME414, and it will not fit in either one. Broke it trying to make it fit. I ordered this one because it appears to be shaped correctly for the filter cup of the FME2 and FME4 models. But it's too big in one dimension (in the direction of the filter's handle). I tried squeezing it to get it in the filter cup and it snapped and tore the filter screen.Amazon has become more disappointing with product descriptions in the last few years. Inaccuracy is increasing, and it's downright awful on many of the Marketplace items (different product pictured, etc.). I think I'll be dropping my Prime membership when it comes up for renewal; free 2-day shipping of some products is quickly nullified by receiving a product that breaks the first time you try to use it because it's not the correct product.

Works in 14-cup Cuisinart to make slightly stronger coffee
Also fits the Cuisinart 14 cup ubiquitous drip coffeemaker, which is what I bought this for. A finer mesh than the flimsy Cuisinart stock filter, it slows the water flow for a slightly longer retention of hot water in the grounds, just enough to brew stronger, tastier coffee.I disliked the weak, watery coffee the Cuisinart made, even on the "bold" setting. My previous coffee maker had always produced perfect coffee - a Krups maker (that eventually broke), replaced by a Cuisinart. So I experimented by replacing the flimsy Cuisinart with this sturdier Krups Gold Tone Coffee Filter, hoping it would fit. It does and I can now make a better (not quite as perfect as the Krups maker made), fairly full-flavored cup of coffee (if I also set Cuisinart to "Bold" and 1-4 cups for entire the 14-cup duration, and patting down the grounds). This works in the Cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker you see everywhere.

Lasts forever. Good for the environment!
This is only the second of these I have had to purchase in 25 years! Seriously, we have had other Krups coffeemakers, and this filter saves you from purchasing paper filters, works great, is easy to clean, and lasts a LONG time.

Do not order for the Krups KM7000
It is shown as a accessory for the Krups KM7000 but it does not fit. Don't do like me and buy the disposable filters and wait until you run out to try it. Try it right away! Well don't order it for this model it won't fit!!!!!!!!!!!!

Better than paper
I was feeling guilty for throwing away paper filters each day... Now with the "gold tone" filter, there is no paper involved. No trip to Walmart when I am out of filters! lol. Coffee still tastes great and clean-up is easy.Highly recommend!

Double-Check Your Model Number
Doesn't work with my exact Krups model (it's like the Krups 867-42 but a good bit older). NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT. I did search Amazon with the exact and entire model number and this is the filter that came up. Perhaps the Amazon search engine needs to have stricter parameters. Again, NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT. I have had a lot of trouble ordering any replacement parts from Amazon for this particular Krups combination Espresso/Coffee maker. This Krups 026-33 filter is not completely rounded (front and forward facing upper edges straighten out) leaving gaps while seated in the basket. The result: having to clean a little over half of the 10 cup pot of coffee off of the counter top and in the drawers just under the top this morning. It is a good quality filter but it doesn't work with my maker. Just make sure your exact model number is listed.
