Ordered a few boxes. One box was contained in a plastic bag with a bunch of loose staples. Presumably the box was dropped. This wouldn't be an issue, except a bunch of the staples in the bag weren't the same product, and some were bent like they'd been stepped on. Other than that, they work fine.
