easy to take, and good value for money-no flavour to it

Like my slight pet peeve with the inhouse brand, so much packaging waste. Get a massive box which is about 8 times larger then the bottle itself filled with more paper to avoid bottle moving around. This is then inside another amazon box filled with more paper! Minor gripe I know, but feels like such excess packaging and waste of card even when recycling.Anyways, the item itself is ZMA. If your looking at it, already know what it is I suspect, if not here is a blerb from webMD:ZMA is a natural mineral supplement made up of zinc, magnesium aspartate, and vitamin B6. Zinc supports your immune system and muscles. Magnesium plays a role in metabolism and muscle health and helps manage sleep. B6 may boost energy.ZMA makers claim that increasing these three nutrients in your system can build muscle strength and stamina, speed muscle recovery, and improve the quality of your sleepNow this particular ZMA arrives in typical black bottle with seal on it and label which can be folded back to reveal more details. In terms of dosage, 1 tablet a day is inferred as it says this bottle has 120 servings which with my scientific calculator tells me when divided by 120 tablets is 1 tablet a day. In terms of profile, Vit A = 120 micrograms, Vitamin B6 = 2.8 milligrams,, Magnesium = 125 Milligrams and Zinc = 5 milligrams. So in terms of comparison, I have seen tablets with higher concentrates, but they do usually cost more.Now I generally take ZMA daily anyways as I do work out and was recommend these and told they help with that but also sleep. That said the paper done in terms of muscle growth that said there was a benefit also held the patent for ZMA so make of that what you will.Now the tablets themselves do not taste of much, though to be fair I have become immune after having horrific BCAA's which may have recalibrated my mouth. Either way the tablets go down fine. They are slightly powdery, but not an issue.Price is where these are good, at a normal price of £14 so around 12pence a day per tablet, these are pretty price competitive which is there main attraction. if your after a ZMA tablet, this will do you well. Just compare the dosage vs others if your someone who wants a high ratio for whatever reason. The packaging as mentioned is excessive however.

These magnesium tablets come in quite a large black plastic tub (black plastic is not widely recyclable) with a screw top lid. The tablets are quite large with a dry rough texture. Plenty of water is needed as they don't always go down first time and start to dissolve in the mouth. Magnesium tablets always seem to be on the large side so these are no different from others but a smooth coating would help ease them down.I understand that magnesium is supposed to help with sleep. I've not noticed any difference to my erratic, sometimes more awake than sleep, pattern and I never have with other magnesium tablets either. If you need magnesium and zinc in your diet, these are probably as good as any on the market, if a little more expensive for the number in the bottle.

Leider habe ich ein Produkt bekommen, was nur (ab Zustellzeitpunkt) rund 2 Monate haltbar ist (Best before Datum). Bei 120 Tabletten und einer empfohlenen Dosierung von einer Tablette pro Tag, braucht man schon mindestens 2 Personen um das Produkt vollständig zu nutzen.Das finde ich für den Preis eindeutig nicht angemessen!

Mi sembra un ottimo prodotto dalla descrizione e dagli ingredienti, manca però un riferimento dove scrivere o telefonare al produttore/venditore per porre domande tecniche quali, per esempio, le compresse si possono frantumare/masticare?
