Lamin-x Custom Fit Yellow Fog Light Covers for Subaru Outback (00-04)

I run with my headlights and fog lights on all the time for visibility in a congested area with a high rate of accidents. This helps.Just note that in Virginia ANY covering of ANY type of ANY light on a vehicle is illegal and will cause the vehicle to be failed during the required annual safety inspection.

Installed these on some brand new replacement fog lamps for my '03 Outback. The material seems really tough. I think they will protect the lamps quite well. Obviously won't protect as well as some good grills, but small rocks should be no problem. They should also prevent water leaks if the lamps ever get cracked. Installation was a little tricky just because I have a hard time centering things. The adhesive is also quite forgiving, so you can try getting just right a few times. I never did get the quite perfect, but I got it well enough that no one will notice. There were some very, very small air bubbles left in some spots and I was worried that they would stay there. But after running the lamps for a few days, most of those have worked their way out. The yellow color is great. Now I just need some fog to really test them out in.Long story short: Great color, good protection, tricky installation.

Put these on my 2002 Subaru Outback for 2 reasons. One - to set it apart as I have an extremely common color of this generation. Two - I find a yellow light helps me see more definition in fog or snowy conditions.Not a difficult install at all, it took longer to clean the lens well than to apply the film.

Love this product! They look great on my '01 outback. These films have really made the front end of my vehicle look sharp.My friend just told me, "your yellow fog lights are so distinct. I can tell it's you from a mile away." Even after months of use the durable film has really held up.(I will say, I applied these to brand new light fixtures...upgrades from stock lamps)Easy to apply...clean your existing lamps well prior to installation! I recommend taking he lamps off your vehicle completely.

Nice inexpensive way to protect your fog lights. Also makes a nice lighting effect! I found them real easy to install. They can be installed wet or dry, I chose dry and had no problems.

the tint is great! it goes on very easy ! and it helps protect from rock chips and road damage! and also gives off a nice yellow color from my 55 W fogs on my subaru.
