My husband was sleeping poorly with his CPAP because ever time he would change position it would actually semi wake him to move it. Other times it would cause the mask to move on his face and I would need to sit up and get it back on right! Needless to say, I was also losing sleep 😝.When he saw what I had purchased I got the usual grumbling and “well THAT’S not going to work”. Guess what 😁😁. It works beautifully and we both sleep much better.It’s VERY sturdy and strong flexible arm that can be twisted and bent in all sorts of angles to achieve position needed. Did NOT come with assembly directions (may have been a return item and they were misplaced). Either way, wasn’t difficult to figure out. It clamps securely to a ledge, shelf, nightstand etc and is tightened down by screwing the bottom of the “arm” bracket base to tighten the clamp. This arrangement vs the ones that secure on the side or under the mattress wouldn’t work except in a twin bed as it seems it would restrict getting out of bed. This one is easy to mount in a way that keeps it unobtrusive when not using.

This CPAP hose holder is obviously just a microphone holder like someone would use, say, for holding their microphone while recording a podcast. So, what the heck, whatever works!Knocked one star off the rating because the little metal piece for tightening the clamp arrived broken. It wasn’t a big deal since I could tighten the clamp, anyway.Update: Have to downgrade it to 3 stars. After using it for a couple of weeks, my CPAP hose sprung a pinpoint leak. I rigged the microphone clip attachment so my hose no longer goes through the clip, but instead hangs from an wrist key chain attached in place of the microphone clip.

My wife got this hose stand for me and at first I did not think it would work or that I needed it, but as usual I was wrong. This really help with my sleep and comfort when using the CPAP. Sound funny, but the hose it much easier to control and does not get tangled, plus my seal is much better and the machine confirms the results. I'm glade my wife ordered this, and the experience could not have been better.

I rarely write reviews. However, this was such an upgrade on a different set up that I had that I felt it deserved a review. Before I had a long pole with a 90 degree end that fit under the bed. That other device broke and never worked very well. This works like a charm and is sturdy. Everything is where it should be. Yep, it earns the 5 stars.

After I got this, I checked it out. The mount base is NOT Adjustable as it is Fixed position, attach to headboard going up straight. If headboard is too short, you'll hit your head on it. Had to attach it to a shelf I ordered here on Amazon on which I bolted a piece of wood to mount it to. Then to keep the arm from dropping down, I had to use cable ties on the lower arm. I still need to attach a strap to the edge of shelf. This as you can tell is a microphone stand as someone else mentioned. Wish there was something better on the market.

The seller shipped it right away and it was easy to assemble ,however the hose clamp is stiff and I was worried it might break while trying to install the hose. It works well so far.

This mechanical arm is EXACTLY what I needed. I finally don't have to fight with my hose. 5 Stars!!!

It works like it should, my only issue is the mounting part. If I could mount it to something else rather than using the clap, even to the wall, it would be better.
