Clear dust cover
I can not figure out how to get the cover on the clear bin to the Dyson V8 sweeper. Any detailed instructions on how to get the cover to fit so the dust doesn't blow back out? Thank you

10 min battery
The battery only lasts 10min if you have to use the turbo setting, which you will. The default setting leaves so much behind and makes me wonder if it was put on there just to bolster a battery life longer than this joke

Battery Life is not the best
Works great, awesome suction. My only complaint is that the battery life doesn't last very long. It spends 4x more time charging than it does being in use.

Vacuum great; customer service not so much
I love this vacuum. I bought it to quickly pick up crumbs from my tile floor, but we've used it for vacuuming whole rooms, including carpets, and been very satisfied. What I don't like is Dyson's Customer Service. I called to ask for a replacement part for my bare floor attachment. The pipe cleaner-type cushioning had come loose on both sides. To make a long story short, they sent the wrong replacement piece and then told me I could only exchange it at their nearest Dyson store (80 miles away). I called the store today to say I'd be in their area next week, and they told me I can buy a new part there ($125), but could not return the part I had (still in original packaging) for credit. It would have to be shipped back to Customer Service. I give up. Perhaps I can replace the part myself with glue and a pipe cleaner . . .
