I could not find the power cord. I contacted them merchant. They were very responsive. The cord was in the box under a sectioned off cardboard strip. Everything works as expected.

I bought this Acer for my 88 year old Mim so that she could attend her Bible meetings via Zoom. She needed something that was easy to manage so the touch feature gives her the opportunity to touch the screen, go into her email and hit “join.” She is doing really well. She didn’t need all of the other bells and whistles...but they are “nice to have” The size and lightweightness of the laptop is something that we both appreciate. If she has to pick it up, it’s a breeze.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for eLearning and since her chromebook was horrible. I received it on Tuesday and spent the past TWO days trying to waiting for them to give the correct Product key since the Key that is listed is not active. The first day, the rep had me put in a code that did not work and promised that were going to send me the correct KEY code by the end of the day on Tuesday. I never received and email! I called this morning to followup and was told someone will contact me regarding this issue... I still haven't heard anything!! I'm so pissed off with the support that I can't see straight! I need to switch the operating system from 10 s to 10 pro so I can install drivers for a docking station and the conference platform so she can meet with her teachers starting on Monday and I can't do ANYTHING!!! If I have to pay to active the WIndow 10s product key then THEY BETTER REIMBURSE Me!

putting apart the fact that it doesn't include a power supply this machine is very impressive. I tested the performance of this laptop vs my Macbook 12 2016 and except by graphics devices, this is better (ok not aluminum, the sound is bad--please use headphones...). i.e: in the following this machine is better .. the wifi , Bluetooth, processor speed. I Added a 128 microsd and is going perfect.

The version of Windows is terrible. It says you’re in s-mode for performance and it won’t even load my email or play a YouTube video. Will freeze and stop working. The computer will not let you download other software like chrome, and Microsoft edge is absolutely useless. Looking to get my refund

mouse messes up some times but i use it for touchscreen and light gaming so i got a gaming mouse and all in all its perfect, wifi is amazing on it touchscreen is great and keyboard is absolotuly amazing for typing. but its a 9/10 because of mouse pad issues! ive used it every day since i got it! i enjoy it alot

Be warned the storage is very small. I had a little problem with setup but amazon was very helpful, eventhough it took almost 3 hours to fix it . The lady on the line was very professional. I will recommend buying especially if you need something cheap and the work load is minimal

I have to say that this was a very good investment for when I was able to get it to my laptop it went down and this quick he pays attention I'm getting used to switching the screens and I would tell someone else to get this for themselves what's good price
