Recipe Keepsake Book - To My Daughter: With Love from My Kitchen Spiral-bound – December 28, 2012

Loved this recipe book. Color pages with good quality paper. A perfect gift for my daughter moving out to give her all the family recipes and favorite's mom made for her growing up. I also bought the same book in red for my other daughter. Very nice quality with tabbed sections for each type of recipe. Used it as a scrapbook recipe book and wrote and pasted items. The book even had room to journal memories in it.

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas as she has been wanting me to give her my recipes for awhile. Her and I love that it's spiral and can fold back on itself. We love the hard covers, the tabs, and she LOVES the curly country writing. There are pages for notes before each tab. Now for the down things, I wish it were 8x10, hard to get everything on there. There is no where to write the temperature or cook time!! It does have "serves:" and "from the kitchen of". It's just one long, open page to write on and I wouldn't mind if there were any ingredients then drop down to directions. And a line at the bottom for notes. But definitely cook time and temp.

My 20 year old daughter moved 3 states away over the Summer. She has messaged me & called me often to ask how to cook various things. One day it hit me that a recipe book would be the perfect gift for her! I liked this one because it clearly says "To my daughter, with love from my kitchen." That was the message I wanted to convey. It's done in beautiful colors, & has nice artwork, dividers, & plenty of space to create your own index. The dividers are slightly odd in categories, but not a deal breaker.I had no problem with removing the sticker from the cover. In fact, the seller had already done so for me, but just BARELY re-attached it so I'd know the cook book was new. My only complaints are minor ones. I wish that there was more room to write because I tend to write big, & some of my recipes are complex. I also wish that there were more divider categories, & more recipe sheets. I actually ran out of sheets in the main course section.Otherwise, this was a PERFECT gift, & one that I'm certain my daughter will appreciate for many years to come.

I ordered two of these recipe books by Susan branch. They are absolutely gorgeous. I have added a picture of the inside that explains to the daughter while recipes come from the heart and how it helps our family to grow. It is beautiful. It has wonderful tabs so that you can separate your recipes and pages so that you can add notes and tips. I hope that I find more of her books in the future

It was a fun well made, pretty and thoughtful gift for a daughter cook. Unfortunately i did not have time to put any recipes in from my kitchen to share which is what it says on the cover. But if i did have some recipes, it would be a wonderful thing to pass on...

This great as a family recipe keeper and then make a gift of it. The best part is the spiral binding which helps it stay open while you're using it. The down side? If you want to consider it... there is no projection for the paper pages you're writing on while cooking - they are just plain paper that is not terribly thick. I still like it as a keepsake. I hope one of my grandsons will end up with it long after I'm gone - from my daughter.

I purchased one of these in blue and one in red for my two daughters. It was fun to individualize the books to the tastes of each girl with her favorite family recipes. The sections are a little weird (no beverages, for example), with overlapping or odd topics (brunch ideas, holiday dishes, baked items, desserts). Also includes side dishes, soups and salads, main dishes, appetizers. The pages are not overly generous, but are laid out so that you can continue a recipe onto a second page without having to turn the page if you plan it right. Lays flat with nice spiral. Good quality, nice paper.

Super cute keepsake. I can’t wait to fill these out for my three daughters! 18 recipe pages per section. Darling graphics and quotes. The sticker on the cover was a minor annoyance, but came off easily enough with some Goo Gone- no damage done. Definitely recommend. Would make a darling, heartfelt gift.
