I initially purchased this product because I was looking for a cheap source of CLA and L-Carnitine to help with a cut. The product also contains BCAA's, Caffeine, Betaine Anhydrous, and Theobromine for added energy and muscle recovery. I've found it is ideal for taking before morning cardio on an empty stomach, but it is also potent as a pre/intraworkout. (Just be careful taking late at night due to caffeine/theobromine content). The taste of the version I purchased (cherry cola) is fine, but nothing to write home about. (Honestly, people choosing supplements based on taste never really made sense to me, but to each their own)The two downsides that come to mind are:1. No labeling of the amount of specific ingredients. (Would be especially helpful to know caffeine content in one scoop)2. Terrible smell of product (for which I docked a star for taste)Overall though, a fantastic blend of ingredients for a great price. Highly recommend!

First off I am 44 years old, I'm 5'-8" and 235lbs, and I've been lifting weights for about 30 years. I am one of the most muscular guys in the gym and am the most muscular natural guy. I've seen many supplements come and go from protein shakes that would not mix with liquids to BCAA's that tasted like those cubes used to flavor gravy and soups. But I was able to get those down without issues, and now it comes to this CLA powder with BCAA's and extras...1. Cherry Cola Flavor - I'm not sure how they came up with this flavor as it tastes like cherry flavored Drain-O or something I'd scrub the toilets out with. So the taste was so bad I could not even finish one serving, and I've drank a lot of bad tasting supplements just for the benefits. But at $20 I threw in the towel as a lesson learned after the 3rd serving.2. Results from use - Well I didn't really notice any positives from this stuff as much as I did the negatives. I'm not sure if it was the taste that made me feel sick or the fact that my stomach sounded like there was a thunder storm going off inside it. I felt horrible and it took a few days before I could even eat food without setting my stomach off into another rage. It was bad, and if there are any positives this stuff can give you the havoc it reeks on your insides probably isn't worth it.3. Overall Satisfaction - Well I'm glad I recognized that it was destroying my insides before I continued using the product thats for sure, there are plenty of alternatives that work as good as they taste without causing a Tropical Storm inside your gastric system! I actually bought this stuff because I've had a Cherry Cola flavored BCAA mix in the past by BSN and it was excellent. Probably the best tasting BCAA blend I've ever had, but unfortunately it wasn't popular enough so I figured I'd give this a try. I am glad I only bought one can of the stuff and feel better about losing the money I spent on it over feeling completely horrible. I guess I can say it is pretty cheap for the servings and what you are getting if you can stomach it.I'd give this stuff a 0 star rating but it won't submit it. The only thing I can say is maybe this stuff is supposed to make your stomach go on a rampage so you don't eat or the food is just shuttled out as fast as possible so you lose weight, but good luck with the awful taste that does not come close to Cherry Cola! It was so bad my throat burned after continued consumption. Its too bad because they offer a free T-shirt if you review the product, well I reviewed it but I do not want to cause anyone the trouble that I felt using this by wearing a shirt since a lot of people usually ask me what I take for supplements.

Aside from the taste, the product performs as advertised.I got the cherry cola flavor.It’s not good if you are looking for a treat, but it does deliver the supplements as stated.I add a dash of stevia and it is tolerable.It may be better if you chill it.

Ordered the product twice and both times the consistency was hard, not even powder form , very disappointed, really wanted to try that flavor

flavor is nice change of pace compared to most supps run of the mill flavors; results are noticed with regular daily usage. The promo price I bought at was a good deal

I'm sure the product is good but the taste is bad.

Im not one to ever leave a bad review but this is the nastiest stuff i've ever tried to drink. First off it doesn't even mix because the whole container is a giant block its not even a powder. And if you get enough crumbs in your scoop to mix with water it is so disgusting and has a very chemical taste to is. I will stick with BPI Sports CLA from now on. I wish i could return this nasty stuff.
