Could be safe... could be tainted?
This review is not based on the product itself, it is based on the packaging. I did not expect the item to arrive without a protection seal on the bottle. I cannot attest to the safety of the product because of this. The cream did not smell like products I have purchased in the past, so I will be returning this item.
