Sent back for refund. Don't buy. Get a Kala.Ok. I bought 3 of these for our ukulele club. The picture and description on Amazon show a preamp and controls for volume, tone and tuner on the side of the uke, i.e just like most other electro ukes. One of the ukes had a preamp inside the sound hole (with no tuner) The other two had no preamp fitted at all.Next. That model is meant to have a compensated bridge saddle. One had it, the other two had some plain generic plastic bridge saddles, poorly fitted so that the A string would be at least 1mm or more higher than the rest of the strings. My reason for buying Flight ukes was because I know they make some nice instruments. Not so with this one. They are not doing themselves any favors putting out junk like this. They even had the quality control tags on them. What a joke. Will stick with Kala next time.
