Previous Samsung microwave died after about 13 years of service. Replace with this one. Has plenty of cooking options for different types for food. Has cheat label inside the door. Great price also ascompared to local stores.

Microwave looks nice. Did not last 3 months. Shuts off by itself mid heating over and over. Samsung is the worst company to deal with. Protection plan is a joke. $400 item that costs $240 to repair, because it is within manufacturer warrant period and asurion won’t help yet.

Perfect product performance and it matches my cubboard decor perfectly. Once all the pre work was completed such as power runs etc. The installation was easy using the templates. If your not a strong person then make sure you have someone with you to left the unit onto the wall bracket and hold in place while you install the two retaining bolts.

The Samsung shipping box gives very little protection. Mine arrived with a big dent but since it wouldn't show once installed I decided to keep it. Glad I did . It is an awesome microwave. Huge inside , cooks fast , like the sensor settings. But be warned The shipping box might as well not exist for all the protection it provides.

Works just as good as microwave that are 2 to 3 times as much. And this has a very clean look. Only negative, the display numbers (clock) are blue. Most appliances have green display. If that doesn't bother you. You will love this unit.

Very easy to install

I have read the bad the reviews about the microwave oven, before I place the order, I never expect this worst condition. The box doesn’t looks bad, but the microwave oven has been damaged at the top right side when the box is opened. I have to take it to UPS to return it, it is extremely heavy. I should believe the painful experiences of other people, and not take the risk.
