Cuisinart CGT-600 Non-Stick Pan Set Grill Cookware, 9 x 9 x 2-Inch

I used the grill pan set to make stir fry. I put the veggies in one pan and the meat in the other then combined them and put the lid on to let it simmer. Excellent - I would highly recommend this pan.

I've got a couple of ways to grill veggies easier on the grill. I've got a mesh top and bottom square with a handle you can flip and the stainless half circle grill accessory for kamado type grills. This little pan set adds another way and I like it. While not very large you can pack it tightly and it won't take up too much of the grill landscape. It can actually infuse more smoke simply because with vent side down and lid on top the smoke gets trapped in the compact space inside the pan set. Finally the non-stick is good and has survived around 500 to 550- degrees. You just have to be careful handling it with heat resistant gloves making sure when the top is on you lift it on each side by the lower pans handle clamping it with the top (i.e. the two pieces fit loosely). I like that the holes are large enough to allow plenty of the heat and smoke in but small enough to grill about any vegetable imaginable. Those good things far exceed the slightly awkward way one has to handle it.

**June 23, 2020 - I had to update this review to give it one more star. I have been using this pan every morning and I swear nothing sticks to it. I can burn cheese and egg and it slides right off. Omelets (see pictures) cook perfectly. I was hoping to find another bigger size of the same pan and saw that I had only given it four stars originally. I had to update as this is now my favorite go-to pan.When I first received this set, I admit I wasn't impressed due to the weight of them; they're very light. We cook out on the grill often and I tested this set with bacon wrapped chicken skewers. Normally bacon will caramelize and stick but they did not and was easy to remove and clean up afterwards.Also, we have eggs every morning and they do not stick to the bottom. We have gas stove so heats up very quickly and even when I accidentally burnt something, it was easy to clean.If you determine quality based on the weight, you will not like these but if you base it on even cooking, non-stick and easy to clean then you'll love these pans as I do and I use them daily.

This is a nice smaller size pan set for the grill. They're not too lightweight either. They have a nice hefty feel. You have the perforated pan with holes and then the solid pan. You can use them separately or use one as a lid. The non stick surface is nice and slick. Hoping it holds up. We grill a lot and these pans will most likely be used on a daily or almost daily basis once warmer weather is here to stay. If anything goes wrong with them, I will update my review.

These are the perfect little pans for the side of your grill for cooking veggies, one pan has holes so your vegetables can still get the char flavor and the other is solid for smaller food items. It is designed to have the option of using one pan as the lid for the other, they sit atop each other pretty securely. I am looking forward to the summer and using these pans. They are perfect sized for sticking in the dishwasher and non-stick so could also be hand washed pretty easily as well.

These are great for cooking veggies like onions and peppers on when you're out camping and just have a grill to cook on. While doing kabobs would be another option, there's a ton of prep work in those and more than I like to do when cooking out on the grill. With these pans, they can go right onto the grill grates and then the veggies can cook without worrying they may fall into the grill. Works great and cleans up easily!
