Amazon Basics 6-Wheel Shopping Trolley with Aluminium Handles, 50 Litre, Brown Flowers

Really pleased with my purchase. Being young but disabled as my conditions have worsened shopping has become a huge struggle and my flat is on a first floor flat but I also have to traverse a small set of steps downhill to get to my front door. It has become impossible to get bags of shopping up and down them but for as long as I can I want to continue shopping as I don’t just want to give in to my conditions. My neighbour, worried about me had lent me a similar trolley but if a different make. Having tried that I wanted to get one of my own. I couldn’t get the same brand but this one is of equal quality, the bag is strong (I love the colour that even though it says red is more of a maroon and not boring black so I’m happy) and has some really good pockets to use with a strong clasp for closure. I pack it to the brim with my weekly shop (which is quite a lot) but I find the wheels sturdy and I have read other reviews that say the wheels arenoisy and though it does make a noise it is no more than should or would be expected so I don’t understand those reviews.All I would say is that what isn’t clear in the instructions is how you secure the wheels. Lift the silver clip on each wheel unit, push onto the axle and the put the clip back in place.On the whole I am perfectly happy.

This trolley is built like a tank but thankfully not as heavy. it is a bit heavier than some but more sturdy than most. The business end the trolley bag is large a normal shop for four people for four or five days will fit in it. I live in a multi story block and have in the few weeks I have had the trolley had to go up several staircases, lift problems, but this is a problem halved compared to a normal trolley. The three wheel system really works, but so does gravity, you still have to pull it up, its just easier than a two wheeled trolley. The trolley is full of plus's, sturdy, capacious, cheap, very well made, I can't praise it enough.

I found the trolley to be very useful but the wheels are so loud and it was too late to send back, I believe the whole street can hear me and I feel a bit embarrassed with the noise. My main purpose was to have wheels that go up stairs that’s why I bought it.When I’m turning around corners I notice the wheels are a bit unstable, what I mean is you really have to go round corners carefully and not be aggressive when turning and don’t put too many heave things in trolly such as heavy bottles and milk and cartons etc as that can make the whee Now.So I only get one bottle of large lemonade and lots of food so I’m not over doing it. Apart from that it has definitely served its purpose and been a great help as I hate carry heavy bags and I don’t mind pulling a trolly or care what people think its about me getting what I need and not having to keep popping out. So it has its pros and cons oh and not forgetting its ok up and down pavements

I cannot remember what happened to this trolley, either broke or returned. I love the design of the bag, and I wish that Amazon produced a wheel version of this. I live on the first floor and I have COPD, I brought this thinking that it would make my life a little bit easier. Sadly, it made it a lot harder. Trying to drag on roads and pavement this was actually more painful than with wheels. However, the main purpose of this is to go up the stairs, which it failed on, it was not what I thought, and you are bumping it up the stairs just like you are with wheels. Please Amazon as I say released this bag with a wheel version and I would buy it.

Been putting off getting this for a while due to the little old lady connotations, but glad I did. Takes a full Lidl trolley of shopping I’d previously drag in a rucksack and two bags for life easily. I got the two wheels and swapped them out based on previous reviews which I think is the way to go. It even goes OK down the unpaved path so long as I give the wheels a bit of a wipe on the front lawn before bringing it in. If you shop on foot, your back, neck and arms will thank you forever.

It was a lovely big sized trolley lightweight and foldable; the wheel design did indeed climb up curbs and steps... but goodness it is so blinkin' noisy. It was perfectly fine for indoor use, inside an airport or shopping mall; but outdoors in the real world - on pavements, along streets it was a proper noisy old bone shaker. The rattling did reduce when the trolley was full; but before then it was embarrassing. The wheels although a clever design are hard plastic rather than rubberised. I would definitely buy another one, if the wheels were rubberised. Obviously the folks making them had never used them in an in outdoor setting. I swapped mine for a friends with hearing loss so it doesn't bother her, but as trolley it had a great capacity for shopping. The best, but the noisiest trolley I have ever owned.

I purchased this as I now have to move around a lot at school and needed something to carry files and textbooks in. My journey includes stairs so I wanted something that would make that easy. This works as promised, the set of 3 wheels helps me to navigate the stairs with ease and without putting lots of stress on my back, lifting and carrying. The bag itself is robust and the stitching is secure (I had seen another post where it had come away). The wheels detach with a safety clip and can remove for storage, the bag also slides off the frame easily for cleaning or storage.
