A good value product. The cold water feed is long though so be mindful when ordering. Only just able to get my lid on. Can’t grumble though seem to work fine.

I bought this to replace a syphon in a Twyford cistern that I had installed 20 years ago. I was very surprised to see that the installation sheet was identical to that of the original.Installation was simple except that the nut on the water inlet pipe was very thin, and could not be tightened enough to prevent leaks, reuse of the original nut sorted that out. What really spoiled this syphon was that the plunger jammed at first use, and nothing I could do would allow the syphon to work without jamming. So out everything came again, cheaper unit from Screwfix, problem solved and sour taste regarding my Amazon purchase. Can't send it back as I now have a cistern with parts from Amazon and Screwfix.I doubt that the product I received really was a Twyford genuine part.

When the toilet flush would not work we ordered this item, it was exactly the same as what we had Tywford 02 all the parts you need replace all the internal parts. Great piece of kit was going to order a spare but now out of stock.
