So I'm in hotels all the time. This thing will go off (at any setting) and detect EVERYTHING:Ceiling sprinklers; lamps that are unplugged (metal); smoke detectors; TV; radio; microwave. And if you move it too fast - it goes off. Anyway, yes it detects any electrical source and some types of metal that are not charged or magnetic. So, if you use this in a hotel room - you'll drive yourself crazy because EVERYTHING sets this off. You'd think the KGB was looking and listening to you through EVERY lamp, smoke detector, sprinkler, faucet, radio, light switch, microwave, TV.... in the room!!! Cheap - but for a reason. The ONLY thing that I found to work cost about $122 and shows you the EMF/RF/ and EF amounts and frequencies. I bought the EMF-390 and it works.

Would have been cool if it wasn’t falsely advertised. Its made in China so obviously it doesn’t work. Like the CCP would have that kind of technology 😂😂😂

I charged it for days, hoping to get it to work. It would never charge. I can’t tell you how it might have worked because it didn’t come on once it was unplugged.

Not worth the trouble. Did not detect the cameras I've placed throughout the home. I turned off the power to everything which could give off a signal, including the wifi and it still went off when I got close to a bare wall, seconds later its gone then it's indicating in an area which I already scanned as "clear "

can't get this to work. I've read other reviews and it still won't work. Waste of money

Stopped working after a month of use; it just beeps and vibrates non stopping. Just another piece of crap.
