China quality at American price
The condensor was bent back against the fan blade and the fan blade was bent into the motor so it never went around but no obvious external damage. Bent everything back into place still faults out after about 10 minutes of operation saying it's not keeping after even when no air is being dried. The whole thing looks like china quality very flimsy and slapped together.

Quality
The picture presented of the unit is WRONG. Damage to the back of the unit (bent metal) from the power cord restraint getting hit from the side.

Not designed for shipping.
Works well. The AC coil inside bounced loose during shipping and was against the fan when I plugged it in. After a disassembly and tightening up the one bolt on the coil it works as it should.

Brand new product would not even power on. Trying to return the item
