I’ve purchased roughly a hundred of these. I’m a trainer with a large client base. I’m always looking to keep costs low. Amazon makes any issues with these collars easy to sort. Don’t expect dogtra quality but for the price you can’t beat the value. The remote is VERY ergonomic. I would pit this collar against ones costing triple this one. Battery life is better than you’re likely thinking. Pull the trigger this collar is more than worth it.

It hasn't even been 3 months. The batteries have a terrible life span, and even after a full nights charge, they will randomly stop receiving signal or even have to be turned on again. Triple checked this and confirmed. To make it worse, the lack of being able to correct came at some times critical to my dogs safety. And I can see I have no option of returning, of course.

came in with 2 collars, within a week, one of the collar stop working, the other one would last for 1 day before it needs to be charged. try contacting support, no help at all. I don't recommend it, sorry

The remote failed after 6months of use. Pretty good system other than that. Is there a warranty for this product?

They randomly stop working. Also, when you have 2 collars on, it beeps, vibrates, or shocks both collars at the same time!! I used mine because my dog runs off. If one dog is standing next to me and the other is taking off down the road, why do I need to correct the behavior of the dog next to me????
