I wasn’t expecting much from a travel-size lightening kit, but this completely surprised me. It gradually lightens your hair in a really natural way, and the toner balances it out perfectly—no weird orange tones. Great for touching up highlights or giving your hair a bit of a glow. Love this combo!! I'm so glad that hair lighteners from the '90s have had a facelift!! No more strange orange hair is a huge bonus, just natural pretty highlights because this brand uses natural "good for your hair" ingredients. Definitely five stars all around!!

I wish I had an accurate before photo to show you the difference it does make.I have naturally dirty blonde hair. My roots are like a mousy brown color and I do my own coloring for a little pop of blonde balayage towards the ends.Well - I haven’t colored my hair in probably a year and I’ve been trimming it consistently so my blonde was fading and leaving me with a darker brownish color.It’s getting to be summer so I bought this duo- which I also used last year! I spray it in my hair before I blow dry or if I know I’ll be out in the sun and it’s pretty effective at lightening up my roots and brightening up what little bit of pale blonde I still have around my mids/ends.I spray the toner on after my showers when my hair is wet and brush through then leave it to dry. It’s a great detangler! And I haven’t really noticed any “brass” though I also have a purple shampoo I use occasionally to make certain.This product works fantastic with consistent use over time, especially in my hair which is already pretty light and easy to lift.

I have used just the hair lightener in the past, this is my first time using both. For the lightener, it defintely works, but it can be really drying on your hair, and there's a potential your hair will lighten to a warmer (or more orangey) color than what you want. It works really well on hair that's already highlighted. My workaround for how drying it is has been to dilute it with water, which makes it less lightening but also less damaging. I can't tell if the toner is actually working to tone my hair, but it smells really good and makes my hair feel soft so I would recommend getting the whole kit just to use the toning spray to hydrate.

So far, I’ve tried Suntouched, Sunbabe, and lastly Sun Bum. Without a doubt, Sun Bum not only lightened the best, but also seemed to nourish my hair. I have a ton of hair so I feel that I don’t get as many applications as other people might, however my hair lightened one level after finishing this bottle. My hair was a very badly grown out balayage with brown roots and light blonde ends. This product allowed me to gently blend the different levels. I intend to continue using this product over the others.Important to note:This product will lighten all hair that you apply it to. So if you want an all over lightning effect then apply all over. If you are trying to blend your roots, spray new growth only then gently brush downward towards already lightened hair.Wear gloves when applying and cover your ears with an oil ( I use castor oil) to prevent skin irritation!!!!Although this is a much more gentle alternative to bleaching, it does lift using a proprietary blend which Includes peroxide as one of its ingredients. If your hair is severely damaged or fried from over-lightening, take caution!

This set is quick and easy to use and actually works!I use about 10 sprays throughout the top layers of my hair before spending 30-45 minutes in the sun. I've done this on 5 separate occasions so far and the results are shown in the picture.The highlighter smells just slightly and is a pleasant scent. It also doesn't dry my hair out which I was initially worried about.The enhancer has a nice scent and dries well.Overall, I recommend this set for anyone looking for some quick and easy summer highlights!

Used product a few times but it keeps drying out my hair. Product works I see my hair did get lighter but I slash have damaged hair from bleaching don’t want to dry it out more

I love this product. Originally I wanted to dye my hair blond but this product made me fall in love with a dark blond type,I am so grateful that I used this without dying my hair, it made life so much easier and it lasts ❤️
