Item is as per description.Well built. Door opens smoothly.It also comes with a key which is a proper mechanical lock. Price / quality is very good. The dimensions are ideal to fit in side Indian common cupboards.Overall satisfied. Good product.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT . DAMAGED , NO KEYS DOESNT WORKTHE CUSTOMER service of AMAZON IS EVEN WORSE ( Doesn’t want to take back the delivered defective item )Some asima & Omar spoke for 20 minutes on the phone and landed up argueing irrevalant points such as wrong pick up address selected even though I cannot select pick-up address as it connects me to customer care every time I want to return item .In 2 minds to keep using Amazon for my daily needs . Horrible call center service . Horrible after sales . Disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Not really the best in the market, BUT best at the price and solves the purpose.It weighs only 47kgs and the Del. Agent easily carried it upstairs.You need to bolt it to wall or floor to keep it intact. Bolting option is only at the bottom.Pros:1.Design is such the hinges stay compact within side dimensions.2.Price,3.Good for Home Office. I use mainly for important dox,Passport, minimal jewelry.4.Size is big enough to hold property dox files(no bending or stuffing in) and is fire-proof.5.Weighing at 47kgs, I put it on a stool. No bending or sitting on the floor. I don't have that much space either.6.It also has Emergency Keys option if there is a battery or Numeric Dial complaint.Cons:1.You need to be extra careful not to damage the front number pad dial (though hi-quality plastic). 2.Also, the battery changing is flimsy and a menace. The wire may get de-soldered or come off with front facia if not handled properly. (But, you may not be changing batteries quiet too often).3.The inside Non-Woven fabric is not good. They should have provided a much better quality I believe.4.The Emergency Key can be used only on opening the Numeric Dial front facia. (On YALE brand Lockers it is visible and adjacent to the dial itself on the front).Verdict :I purposely went for the Numeric Locker type, so that I can ask my home to open incase Iam travelling and or any other emergencies.The Indian customer is used to Heavier Lockers like the Godrej (the incredible hulk). But you need to shell out another min. 30% more atleast.(But a locker like this is a one time purchase right ?!!!).Depends on your budget and purpose.

Product received damaged at front corners at 2 places as i am in need of urgently some safe so i am not returning itMain turning knob is made up of plastic and can break if you put extra force while turning.Master key also look simple and very low qualityInside welding of back plate not strong as it is tag welding but for me its ok as i am using it for daily use

Very strong lockers

The product is as described on Amazon. However the build quality could be improved. As soon as I opened the door of the product, the inside electronics module came out. I had to use a strong adhesive to put in back in this groove. It is working fine and there for no complaints in that respect.
