Flush has broken
The flush has now broken for the second time i will have to get a plumber to replace it. Very expensive fault for me!

Disappointed
Very disappointedToilet was all smashed can't believe the courier delivered it like this ..Good news is the replacement turned up 2 days later .Toilet is OK but comes with a cheap plastic seat witch I feel won't larst long .Not value for money !!

cistern flush set up is poor
so after a second toilet due to damage the flush has now broken, the flush button is of poor quality, this is the second buttton to do this, it just gets jammed and the water does not stop, complete rubbish,do not buy this product as if the toilet blocks with the button stuck it will flood your house,

Lid of toilet does not fit
I bought this toilet from you and the toilet seat looks to small lid does not stay up would like to no if you can send a better toilet seat to fit it thank you
