Q: Would you say this is a 3rd floor of an apartment building appropriate? I have/love Insanity but I know I can't use it where I am now. TY!

There is a lot of jumping around so probably no appropriate for 3rd floor. The DVD's are a little 80's meaning the music and the overall feel, so if you do buy make sure to have background music to keep you motivated.

Q: Does it come with tummuy tuck dvd

The tummy tuck workout is on the disc with Cardio Axe, and SHOULD be included with this series.

Q: does the plus kit come with all the books shown on the picture?

Yes it does. It comes with ankle weights & 3 strength bands. The weights & bands are used for the butt workout only that I have come across. That workout is my favoret because it really makes me feel like im get my trouble spots. After doing it for a few weeks strait I noticed a difference in my butt. Even a guy friend noticed the sutile change.

Q: How much do the ankle weights weight?Also does is the resistance band a 10 inch or 14 inch?did this come with the Leandro's Secret & tone arms dvd?

According to the beachbody website, the yellow included ankle weights are only 1 lb and are not adjustable. Most I have talked to recommend 5lb adjustable ankle weights. The resistance bands are all 2"x10.5". It does not come with the secret weapon. That is only included for "free" if you buy from beachbody directly; amazon sells it separately for $22.90. It should come with "uppercuts" which is the sexy arm workout.
