This is the second one I ordered.....1st on DID NOT COME WITH A 128 GB CARD AS ADVERTISED....guess what neither did the second one come with THE 128 GB CARD AS ADVERTISED.......DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SCAM.....IT'S A SCAM....DOES NOT....DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT THE MICRO CARD WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED EVEN KNOW AT $89 IT SAYS IT IS INCLUDED.....OH AND NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE VENDOR......COMPLETE SCAM...IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGITIVE 2 STARS I WOULD

Instructions for use of product were not adequate
The images and instructions provided with the product on how to use it were not accurate and I could not figure out how to use it as described.

Could not use, did not come with required product key code.
I really like the size and feel of this product, but I did not receive the product key code necessary to use it! The box it came in stated the product key card was included, but it was not in the box. I contacted the third party that shipped it to me, they replied the code was not needed. I followed manufacturer directions- no go without code. I returned product to Amazon. Very disappointed!

Great,small backup
I really like how small it is and it runs on it's own, but it took over an hour. I feel confident I'm backed up.

This product doesn't work
I ordered the Infiniti Kloud Charge. It didn't come with the Micro SD Card (128GB) as advertised. It wouldn't load onto my mac, so I sent it back and asked for a replacement. The replacement came the same way. I'm not very impressed with this product and wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time ordering it.

NO SD card, No software, No software key
the 128 SD Micro card did not come with the stick. It also appears that the stick came without any software on it. And there was no Software key anyway. Returning product

Don't Buy
Not as advertised! Required an additional $40 purchase for the memory card advertised as included. Not worth the price. Other cheaper models come with the chip included.
