has anyone tried to watercolor on it?

Yeah but watercolor works and looks best on white paper. Kind of odd on grey. But whatever works for you.

Is this grey paper dark, medium or ljght grey?

Medium gray. Dark mediums still visible on this paper. White really pops on this paper ^^

Arw there 50 sheets or 22? Reviews said they only have 22 but description says 50.

50 is correct. Beware they sell also packages with paper sheets.

Can you use colored pencils on here

This sketchbook is mainly for pencils and it's amazing with my prismacolors so yes 100%
