More buggy than herbie
Got this phone in spring 2019. The first one they sent had a mechanical issue with the camera that would make an irritating LOUD buzzing sound whenever you turned the camera counter clockwise/left. They replaced the phone and this one worked fine for a while but:1. The camera is total trash. Dont expect to take pictures better than the first ipod touch camera. The dual camera just ends up taking 2 misaligned photos so its always blurry and crosseyed2. The flashlight has no level to it. Just on or off. When on it gets hot enough to burn if its in your pocket etc. That is if you can get it to turn on. If you use camera or snapchat, the flashlight button stops working until you restart the phone. Closing the apps doesnt work.3. Half the times I restart the phone the touch screen gets extremely buggy. You start swiping and as soon as your finger crosses a specific spot on the screen the whole thing freaks out. Random dead zones appear across the screen every time the phone restarts making the keyboard stop working or swiping stop working.4. I received nothing but complaints about audio quality when talking to people. I'm told that is hard to hear me however while people are not on speakerphone they can hear their own echo loud and clear5. I can have 4 bars lte or be right next to the wifi router. But if the phone decides it doesn't want to stream any more then it does down to dial up speeds. This phone has been nothing but an inconvenience since I bought it. If you don't buy their proprietary $100 charging base then good luck charging the phone because this is the only phone that doesn't have its wireless charger in the middle of the phone. If you want a nice android phone just get a Samsung.

Speaker grill covers big problem
The speaker grills that cover the speakers are the cheapest I've seen on smart phones ever lol I already had them replace and a week later I got dents all over the speaker grill covers . Really makes the phone look ugly and not worthy for daily driven' I'm retiring this phone because of the speaker grill covers look ugly and and makes the phone look cheap. Do not waste your $$
I bought this phone on April 2019, since then I have had nothing but issues with the phone. 1 month after having the phone, I started experiencing many issues.1. Battery overheating2. Screen freezing3. App crashing4. The unlock button/finger print button doesn't work 50% of the time.I called Razer and had to send phone for repairs, took 1+ month to get device back, they told me that they need to flash the phone, lost everything on it. When I received the device back, it was worowell for the first 2 weeks then it started with the same thing. I don't use the phone for gaming or anything, just for facebook and other apps that I have which by the way do not demand a lot of power, the apps crash all the time still. I have rested the phone many times as stated on their website and have had no luck. I'm this close to beating the sh**** out of this phone with a hammer. DO NOT BUY THE PHONE.

Do not buy!
My goodness this phone had so many issues. Purchased in 04/2019 from best buy. Item is complete functioning nightmare. Charging port is completely useless, wireless charging. If you mean spending 8 minutes to find the charging spot.Terrible phone did about three factory resets due to the screen freezing. Gives off high pitch noise that hurts sensitive ears. Razer support will have you send Razer 2 phone then they'll fix. I dunno about you but i don't have an extra phone laying around. Completely useless waste of $500. My 4 year old LG V10 is more dependable.
