Merrell Women's Bassoon

These sandals are one of the best purchases I have ever made. No breaking in, fit true to size, very comfortable and supportive. I had these on for the first time when I ended up doing some unintended extensive walking one day while on a vacation. I was nervous as we were getting into all the walking thinking with these being brand new I may end up with blisters or rubbing on my skin. Neither problem happened! These are very well constructed and feel as though they will last a long time. I love these and would highly recommend them.

I've owned these for more than a year and I am very satisfied with them. They were comfortable out of the box and continue to be so. I have very wide feet (6W) and these fit just fine, even though some Merrell loafers tend to be tight across the top of my feet. They provide enough arch support (I have a really high arch) to make me happy. There is no cushioning and it almost feels like you're walking barefoot on solid ground. I wanted a sandal with little-to-no heel because I have sciatica, which can be exacerbated by heels. This is a flat. The low heel in the picture looks higher than it actually is. I wear these with skirts and capris and they are cute and functional. The leather is easy to keep clean and after a year's use, there is minimal wear showing.

These sandals are a replacement for an identical pair that I've worn out because I love them and wear them all the time (and they're looking pretty raggy these days). These new ones fit the same way, and I hope they last as long as the last pair did.

I love my new Merrell Bassoon sandals. They arrived quickly and are even prettier than I had expected. They color is beautiful and they look great with jeans, shorts and skirts. I am a longtime Merrell customer and think that they make the most comfortable shoes around. These sandals have good arch support and my feet feel great after 8 hours at work walking on a concrete floor. I also have received alot of compliments whenever I wear them.

These Merrell sandals have been my favorite sandals for more than 10 years. Have not been able to part with my old tan pair. So happy to find them in black. Please bring back the tan. You can no longer buy these from Merrell.

These shoes are great for my wide feet. I wear a 6.5 wide and the 7 medium fit fine. They are very comfy, I marked them not good arch support but they are not bad arch support either. I love them, although I did return the pair I ordered on Amazon because I found them at a discount store for half the price.

I liked these at first. The padding on the bottom loses its shape, it flattens after couple of months . Not very happy

Didn't think this shoe was available anymore. Pleasantly surprised to be able to replace a shoe I've worn for years in great comfort.
