The product is ineffective for it's intended use, and you cannot return the item. When attempting to pour the soy sauce, it dribbles down the side of the pot and makes a mess. Do not buy if you want a soy sauce dispenser.

I love this little dispenser for the soy sauce. I buy it in bulk, so this is a 'pretty' way to serve the sauce. The only problem is is drips and pools a bit on the bottom. So, when in serving and in storage, I have to put a napkin under it.

Just like the ones you see in restaurants. Nice quality. And yes...it dribbles just like the ones in restaurants too. So if you are set on one that doesn't drip; I would not get this one. If you don't mind that; get it.

Very pretty, nice size. Machine washable. We love it and it never leaves our table. My only complaint is that we had to get a little dish to sit it on because a little drop of soy sauce runs down the spout after pouring almost every time.

I love this soy dispenser for ease of use and for a very cute design. Yes it dribbles a drop or two each time I use it but so do all the others, even the ones at my favorite Sushi Restaurant.

I purchased this small container as to be more convenient than a large soy sauce bottle. The bottle looks nice but it drips just as bad as the large store bottle. My wife said she'll get the real deal when she returns to Japan next year.
