Excellent faucet, just blow up installation manual and get extender hoses for hot/cold water.
I found it very easy to install this faucet, after cleaning up the old one. It must be designed to Asian standards, as the hoses for hot and cold hoses were about 4" too short, but the hardware store provided two 6" extenders with no problem. The instructions are on multiple pages shrunk to a one page sheet. You can blow each one up with a copier, or download the pdf, and print each section blown up. Other than that, installation was easy and straight forward per the pictures. I had to ask for my grand child to help out under the kitchen sink, since he fit better reaching the nut holding the faucet in place and reaching the 2 screws. He did it in 10 minutes. The material of construction is thick and robust. In fact, I found it quite heavy. The hoses were heavy walled as well. Despite the inconveniences of the instructions and hoses ... I was so impressed with the robustness of the faucet and ease of installation, that I chose to give it an overall rating of 5.

I wanted to keep it but I couldn't
This faucet is absolutely AMAZING in person. Very strong materials and exactly what I would have installed if my kitchen was larger. All of the pieces are stainless, I wasn't able to locate any flimsy plastic. My family owned restaurants for 40 years and I can attest to the fact that this product was manufactured with "high use" in mine. Unfortunately, the faucet's size looked even larger in my space due to some low cabinetry installed over my sink. However, if you have a nice open area, or a sink under a window, this is definitely worth every penny.

3.5 years later, still works flawlessly
I'm buying another one of these for my cousin and have recommended this faucet multiple times to people who've complimented us on ours. The three things that are important to me:1) A clasp for the sprayer rather than a button-- as I've gotten older and my hands are more arthritic, I didn't want to mess with a button that's hard to press on the side of a sprayer that's probably already wet. You're pushing in a physical button and if the water's already on, you're fighting the water pressure, much like pulling up the metal plug on a tub faucet to switch to a shower. It can be difficult for anyone, but a clasp to shut off the sprayer and initiate the pot filler was very important.2) Having a pot filler-- I didn't think this would matter much because I like to use the sprayer most of the time. I was pointing out to my husband the other day how water gets everywhere when he washes his hands, so he started using the pot filler instead. That made a huge difference. I sometimes forget about the pot filler, but it does have its time and place (besides the obvious filling a pot, which is fantastic, but the very least I expect from a kitchen faucet).3) Commercial-style look-- not monochrome. I like a little brushed nickel and black hose so it looks more professional. All one color looks washed out to me, but it depends on your kitchen. The best thing about this faucet, though, is the water pressure. I don't recall manipulating it in any way on the install (i.e. removing gaskets), and the pressure is what I imagine our dishwasher is putting out when I rinse or wash dishes. It's great. In regards to the over-spray, that was mostly my husband washing his hands like he's performing underwater sign language-- not the sprayer's fault. It CAN make a mess because it's a sprayer, but if you just let it dangle and it's not hooked onto the faucet, it simply hangs there and sprays downward into the sink. It's not loosey-goosey or doing its own thing. You're either directing it with your hand or it hangs straight down like it's weighted to do so.Lastly, the install is no different than any other faucet. Tighten up your inner fittings first, in case they're lose. But you're going to be in behind your sink, where you probably can't see very well, and doing a lot of it by feel and touch. That's the nature of the beast and ANY faucet is going to require this type of maneuverability (unless it's a new kitchen and the cabinets haven't been installed yet). Don't hate the player (faucet), hate the game (behind the sink install). This is one of the few things I've had for this long that I've come back to review (same listing, no less). Amazon sellers and cheap items don't usually stick around that long, so even if it only lasted 3.5 years, I'd buy the exact same one again. No one who sees it can believe how little we paid for it.

Great fixture, poor hose material
After more than three years of use, this faucet is still working well. I like the solid metal construction, the locking spray nozzle, and the overall functionality. From what I recall, installation was a breeze. The finish was perfect out of the box, and it still looks brand new. It's nice that most of it can be disassembled or serviced.A couple of times, the hose was worked its way loose at either the top of the stand pipe section, or at the part of the hose where it connects to the spray nozzle. But, a quick tightening with a crescent wrench takes care of that. This unit has excellent water pressure. It's much better than what the original faucet had. However, a couple of months ago, we started to experience a dramatic loss in pressure. I checked the inline filter screen at the spray nozzle connection, and found that it was blocked with some strange black debris. Not knowing what to make of it, and unable to determine what it was, I decided to just clean the screen filter and go back to using the faucet.Over the next two weeks, this same scenario happened multiple times, and I finally determined that the debris was some kind of liner material from inside of the hose.I decided to completely remove the hose, and blow it out with compressed air. This caused a huge amount of the material to come out, and then the hose was clear. Not knowing whether the hose was ruined, I decided to try it out again, back on the faucet. To my surprise, it worked, didn't leak, and all of our water pressure plus more than before was back.I decided to take the win, and we have been happily using it for over a month now. However, this evening, we completely lost all hot water from this faucet. I removed the primary hot water feed hose from the hot water shutoff valve below the sink, removed the top hose from the stand pipe, fully opened the hot water valve on the faucet, and used compressed air to blow out the entire unit and primary hot water feed hose.A lot of the same black material came out, but when I reconnected the hot water, it still would not flow out of the faucet. So, I had to blow it out again, and there was a definite "thud" as a massive amount of the liner material blew out, and then the hose was blowing with the full force of the compressed air. After reconnecting and retightening everything, I checked the faucet, and it again works flawlessly.I'm assuming that the hoses have some kind of unnecessary, extra, inner liner material, which evidently does not stand up well to hot water, and then it eventually breaks down and plugs up the hose. That is, unless the primary cold water supply hose is about to clog up as well, then the hoses are all just bad. We'll see, but at least it's easy to clean out.I had already dumped a lot of this pictured bucket out, and the remaining liner debris is just what was stuck to the bucket. But, I figured I should take a picture of it for this review.

Excellent value and service
Installed February 2021. Looks great. Works well. Then in mid-2022, the pot filler started to leak unless the main hot/cold water valve was shut. I contacted the company and was given help removing the lever so I could attempt to clean the small valve on the pot filler. That did not work and so the company sent me at no charge a replacement small valve. That was easily installed and works perfectly. Zero leaks.

Looks great but has basic short comings
looks great and feels great out of the box. However, some basics were not thought put by the manufacturer and hence fell short of my expectations. Might as well spent a few extra dollars and got a proper brand name faucet now that I am thinking. Here are the 2 major flaws:1. Water Pressure. The water pressure is way too much and it splashes everywhere. There where the finer details are missing. It should have just enough pressure without splashing.2. Hot and cold water hoses are extremely short. This is just simple cheaping out. Most modern kitchens are standard. I was using a Moen Motion sense faucet which I replaced with this one. The old faucet’s water lines had plenty of give. This one was about 3 inches short. So I had to run to the hardware store to get an extender. Completely unnecessary.Other than that, the quality seems pretty good and the material and build feels sturdy. But fir these 2 basic flaws, I can score this a 6 out of 10 at the most. I probably would not buy this again.

Looks beautiful!!
This is a gorgeous faucet! My wife and I are redoing our kitchen and we were looking for this style of faucet at big box stores (Home Depot, Kent’s etc,.) and they were priced at $300 and above. They weren’t even that nice. I ordered this one off Amazon thinking I was taking a risk. I’m glad I did. It looks heavy duty enough to use in an industrial kitchen! This faucet is much nicer looking than anything we saw elsewhere. It’s got a good weight to it and looks like great quality. I haven’t installed it yet, but if it works as well as it looks then this will be a great buy! Beautiful!Edit: installed it yesterday. In the middle of kitchen renovations. The faucet works amazing. LOTS of pressure. Even the plumber was highly impressed by the faucet. He couldn't believe we paid less than $150 for it.
