WFH means long stints at the desk for me, with neck and back pains as a result. My hope is to stand at my desk half the time. Fingers' crossed. Meanwhile, first impressions: really pleased.1. The table top bought separately is perfectly compatible, and provides a solid and smooth surface.2. The packages are heavy - if your workspace is upstairs, watch your back3. Assembly is straightforward. Adjusting the cross-beam / support bar to the right bar is tricky until it's part fixed to the table top. Whole thing took a little less than an hour.4. Electric motor is quite quiet and smooth.5. Surface is fairly stable - less wobbly than my previous desk. Feels sturdy.6. Pictures show "sitting height" and fullest elevation - easy to find the level at which elbows are on chair's arm rests and wrists on desk top - comfort!7. Careful with computer and other cables - need to leave some slack so they aren't strained when the desk is elevated.8. Those cables and wires are now exposed under the desk when it's raised - might need a cable tider9. Lot of cardboard and foam to dispose of during lockdown, when the recycling centre is closed

I have used various sitting / standing desks - but never a powered one before. This product was boxed really securely, easy to put up (make sure to really tighten the bolts connecting the feet to the legs - as this provides the real stability. I have used this with my previous desk top and the price of this is way cheaper than anything else I could find.The beauty of the electric motor with it is that within a few seconds you have transitioned - so meaning you have more flexibility with its use. I have been using since it arrived and have been mainly standing - but can then switch to sitting so easily it is great.The product arrived in a couple of days - well ahead of the promised delivery time.I would thoroughly recommend this.

Easy to construct and if you craft a nice leather and wood top you end up with a very professional and flexible working surface. Excellent!

I used this base and built a really nice top out of birchwood ply. My desk is 140cm wide x 80cm deep. At absolute maximum height it does wobble a bit but I'd never ever have it that high and it's totally stable at working height for me. It comes very well packed and the instructions are very clear. On the negative side, whilst the motor is smooth and not too noisy it doesn't seem to take too much up and down for it to need to 'rest' for a while as it will cut out. This could be problematic if it ever sticks in the wrong position and I have a Zoom coming up. Also my particular control box has a slightly suspicious rattle and there must be something loose in it but it works fine. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

Surprisingly small but dense package arrived which was fairly simple to put together, and turns into this substantial standing desk. All components locked together easily. An IKEA kitchen counter top made for a cost effective work area which, as per picture, is accommodating 2 x 34 inch monitors and peripherals. This was the best balance of quality and value I could see at Amazon and elsewhere. Motor is effective and reasonably quiet. Up/Down switch screws in under counter top. Easy. Recommend.

I don't usually leave reviews! but felt this needed one!This is a really good product, was easy to put together and use and is a really sturdy desk.It was delivered 2 days earlier than expected which was great and meant I could put it to use straight away.I am really pleased with my purchase, the price was great as it had over 30% off and has improved my work station 100%.

I've had my Flexispot Electric Standing Desk for over a month now and I'm very happy with it. It was easy to assemble and the operation is also very simple. It's smooth in its movements and has helped me to be versatile in my working practice, able to sit and stand when necessary. I purchased a 150cm x 60cm piece of solid furniture board as my desktop and I have a 21" iMac and two monitors (21" and 16") 2 studio speakers, a 32 key Komplete Control keyboard, various hard drives and it has no problem with the load. I have no hesitation recommending it.

Had limited budget but was keen to find a sit / stand solution for home to replicate what I had in the office.My only option appeared to be IKEA's manual version and but after seeing one in store felt it wasn't the best solution. Having come across Flexispot I picked up a tabletop and decided to "risk" it based on a number of positive reviews.I'm glad to report everything I read was true. The product arrived well packaged & like some other reviewers weeks ahead of schedule! Assembly instructions are clear and concise and after a few days of use I am very pleased with the purchase and only regret not paying a little more for a version with a memory function!To manage expectations of anyone relying on this review I would note that when fully raised the tabletop will inevitably move a little in response to typing / moving hands on desk. Having experienced this with the more expensive unit in work I had always expected this and do not find it to be an issue.Bottom line, this is a product exactly as advertised at a very attractive price point.
