I have bought about 6 of the Soundcore and another 8 Anker products and assumed the transmitter would connect with Soundcore earbuds seamlessly, after having minor issues with a device of lesser quality. Connectivity did improve, but it had an issue with consistent connectivity with Soundcore earbuds. I would have given it 3 stars because of the issue, but the 5 star rating comes from service excellence. After initial contact about the issues encountered, they provided technical support that was helpful but didn’t resolve the issue completely. Then, without my asking, they sent me a new device that has resolved the problem. Might be best service experience I’ve ever had for a consumer product and reinforces my view of Anker-Soundcore quality.

Wish there was an app to make the pairing easier with devices

This makes life so much easier, since like so many mobile devices these days, my tablet has no 3.5mm jack port. It connects so easily and the sound quality is great. I know Anker is a great company which is why I searched for an item like this made by them specifically; and I wasn't disappointed. This thing is great!

the instructions to pair headphones do not tell you how to know if it paired and the instructions to pair 2nd headphone never worked

Instructions could be clearer for the older generation. Transparency of unreplaceable battery is not good. For those of us who use as an aid to enjoying tv broadcasts as in hearing sentences clearly, it seems to be a short term investment. Perhaps I didn't understand the 'battery charge' explanation. My first one lasted just six months apparently because I kept it plugged into the USB 100% of the time.

I just hooked it to my car's aux. it is easy to connect. The sound quality is good. I haven't tried transmitter yet. I haven't got the chance to test the battery life since I only use it for 8 hours.

Works great and has great sound quality. I can now stream my music and listen to it on my non-bluetooth jambox at work. Charges very fast as well.

Sweet unitTried a few items, they’ve been sent back to China. Great value for this, my phone connection is great through the Bluetooth and the sound quality using fibre optic cable into my amplifier is MAgnafied. All Digital sound, subwoofers come alive instantly.Amazing price for this.I’ll give it a month to see if it craps out. Other Bluetooth units HUM and Distort, this unit, so far so good, keep rocking 🤛

The sound quality coming from soundsync is spot on. I'm using it in conjunction with another of the companies devices and I just get blown away (just like the old TV ad for a brand of cassettes and the guy in his chair). The level of support from their tech team is also above and beyond.I have no issues and looking to buy more from these guys. In all took me about 30mins of fathing about and then I forgot to turn the volume down.

This is a good device with a few flaws.In terms of audio and video latency, this can be described as 'just passable'. The delay is 'small' or just noticeable. Over time you do not really notice it, but it should or can definitely be better.This is not useful for me as a perpetual Bluetooth receiver because it does not reconnect automatically. It also turns off automatically after a period of time if no connection is present.

Easy to set up, a couple of seconds to choose the right wire and about ten seconds to pair. Sound quality is good with my Cambridge Audio soundbar. For best sound, pair it with a high quality sound system. No breaks in signal. Don’t know about range as all my equipment is in the same room. Anker stuff is quite good quality. It is much smaller than the photo less than 2 inches square, so quite inconspicuous.

-Has all the connectors and matching cables. Easy to use. Excellent sound.-Is not recognized as headphones by my phone, and therefore doesn't activate my phone's quad DAC.Recommend this gizmo. I transfer it back and forth between my work and home vehicles. May buy another. May buy one as a birthday present for my friend who broke her car stereo interface.
