Brampton Cocoon Chair with Grey Cushion and Black Rattan + Standard Cover

We bought two of these a couple of years ago, and have no regrets. They are very comfortable, and easy to assemble. The cushions almost hug you as you sit in these chairs. When we have visitors everyone fights to sit in them. The cushions themselves are not very waterproof so you will need somewhere to store them in bad weather, and they are quite large (hence comfy), but if you have the space to store them over winter - go for it. (We vacuum pack them and store them in the attic.)

Fantastic chair. Bought this last year. Really comfortable. Looks great. Great quality. Expensive but worth every penny. Arrived quickly too. Just in time to make the last 2 months of the summer last year. Very sturdy.

Recently received this and we're very happy with the quality & comfort of it. It looks great in our garden and it's so relaxing to sit in. The only thing I would say is, i'm not in the UK and used Parcel Motel to have delivered to Ireland. It arrived in 3 parts - the frame in 2 parts and then I had to message the supplier asking where the chair & cushions were (I got a next day response but with no apology for the "mis routing" so I wasn't very impressed with that small lack of customer care). Parcel Motel charged me a total of €250 for the delivery of this so if you're ordering this outside of the UK make sure you check the charges for whoever you have delivered through! I wouldn't hesitate though recommending this chair, every part of it is really good quality and it's worth the money.

Absolutely love this swinging chair I have wanted one for years and finally took the plunge. I was a bit worried about purchasing without seeing the seat first but the reviews convinced me to make the purchase and I am so pleased that I did. It was easy to assemble- albeit some of the pieces are a little heavy so it is easier with 2 people. It is lovely and comfortable and swings really smoothly. The cover is also a great bonus being really easy to put on and remove.

Good product essentially,arrived one week after initial delivery date, and with some minor damage, Customer service were informative re delivery date and quick to resolve the minor damage issue. Overall quite pleased will use again.

The item was purchased as a special birthday gift for a relative. It arrived the day before the stated delivery date, was well protected and the very helpful delivery driver had already removed the pallet which was a bonus. It was easily assembled in a few minutes. The colour and quality were better than expected. However, as the cover had not been included an emailed query was sent to Garden Store Direct (GSD) This was answered within a couple of minutes and the cover was immediately dispatched by Royal Mail and arrived in time to be included.The Customer Service provided by Sophie and Hayley at GSD was exemplary.We would have no hesitation in recommending the product and especially the service provided by Garden Store Direct.

We replaced our arbour with this chair and we are so pleased that we have. It is super comfy, easy to assemble and looks great in the garden. The supplier was brilliant, I was told immediately that they were out of stock but they would be coming in again and be dispatched and delivered early May. I received it on Thursday 30th April very well packed.Would highly recommend one of these chairs for your garden or balcony.

Very pleased with the chair, I love it. Very comfortable and easy to assemble for one person. The item arrived on the very last day of the delivery timeline and I didn't get any notification what time they were coming, it arrived around 8am and when I asked I was told they thought it would be too early to text me, so they didn't! Anyway that aside, the chair is great and I think good value for money, thank you
