It worked great for me as a fast charging cable for the past 5 years, but eventually started to break right past the reinforced bit near the plug so I guess it's the time to get a replacement.Never had any issues with it otherwise. It handled the daily abuse well. It's not thick, but it might be a bit on the stiffer side, so if you are looking for something very flexible this might not be it.

This is a very high quality cable and works well. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a connection with an iPhone 15 Pro if you are using the Apple Fine Woven Case, due to size of the connector.Disappointing that the manufacturer didn't test with Apple's iPhone 15 cases before production.

Item: Fasgear USB C to USB C Cable 1.6ft, Type C USB 3.1 Gen 2 10GbpsI have recently tested about 10 of these USB 3 C Gen2 10gbps cables with respect to throughput. I have not tested for charging performance.This 1.6ft medium length cable is excellent and with a solid USB-C Gen2 adapter/enclosure and a high-end NVMe SSD drive you will attain approximately 990gBps reads and 960gBps writes. I did not try the other lengths of this cable.This cable is a tight fit when inserting into several USB-C female sockets. Any tighter and it would create stress during connecting/disconnecting. Some cables are very loose which can be an issue.Most USB C Gen2 10gbps cables are terrible with the longer ones (> 3ft) being the worse. Many short to medium cables perform poorly as well but this cable works fine based on my 5-10 tests. Buying a Gen2 10gbps cable over 3ft long is a gamble. See the attached image for details.

Fasgear USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type USB-C To USB-C Connectors have so far worked awesome for start i use them for... I personally use these cables as a communication gateway between my Galaxy S9 phone & PC as-is transferring data back and fourth. I also use it between my phone and PC via Phone-to-PC DEX Connection where your phone will be imaged and broadcast on your PC in a window and you can use your phone normally by clicking on your phone and apps etc in the Dex program... I've had other cables I've tried using for this feature and so far this is the only brand that has zero issues with the communication using Dex from PC to Phone. It also has the fastest data transfer speeds vs other cables I've tried when backing up my phone data onto my PC using USB-C 3.1 Gen2 (Also named USB 3.2 I believe?) While it also has the convenience of recharging my phone at the same time I do not and did not get this cable as a phone charging cable only... This is merely used as a data cable between my phone and my PC (While I have dedicated cables just for recharging my phone separately that I use just for that reason and not as a data cable) This is due to my past issues with cables that acted as both data and AC Outlet type recharging in 1 cable that always broke months later for some reason by either not connecting at high speeds to Transfer data or not able to fast charge anymore? I've tried several USB-C cables now, and ever since my cat chewed through the one that came with my portable monitor, I've yet to find a working replacement. Most of them would power the monitor, but none would actually pass video. I've been resorting to a HDMI cable with multiple adapters and one of the other USB-C cables I'd tried just to supply power.I'm home visiting family this week, and it just so happens that my brother ordered the 1ft version of this cable. He lets me try the cable, and to my surprise, it actually passes video! However, the 1ft length kept me from actually being able to use the monitor in a meaningful way. The two of these in 6ft length that I ordered just came in (will be using the other one with another monitor I have at home that also does charging and KVM - will report back with the results). And just like the shorter cable, it works with my display without issues!Also nice to have is the braided design of these cables - my cat won't be chewing through this one. So if you want a durable USB-C cable available in the lengths you need it, that actually works, this is the one!EDIT: Got home and tried it with my monitor at home. Performs as expected and provides video, power, and KVM!
