Can this be used in Kohler waterless without a cartridge shown along with this liquid?

Waterless urinals work basically the same. The urine passes through the chemical, therefore I would say you should be able to use it.

Does this work in sinks and floor drains/showers which we rarely use, some may not be used for a year?

This is designed to work in "waterless" urinals, not regulars ones that require water. Sinks, showers, floor drains, and even toilets need to have the water trap filled from time to time. I live in a seasonal high desert community and my friends ask me to run water in their showers, sinks, and toilets at least once a month. Otherwise, the sewer gasses will come up the pipes and the house will get an awful smell like a sewer. You will have to do the same with little-used drains. I hope this helps.

Can this eliminate bath tub drain stinks?

Well, it all depends on what's causing the stink! If the water that prevents the sewer vapor from coming into the house is evaporating, then this product might help prevent the evaporation. If not, then it probably won't help. Try cleaning the drain 1st.

Can I add this to an existing filter?

Yes, you need to remove and empty reinstall and fill with 2 oz of product then water to the top
