Samsung WMN5090 - Auto Wall Mount for 40-52" Samsung TVs

I've had this Sanyo mount for about a month and it's been absolutely fantastic. We typically watch the TV from either the kitchen or adjacent family room and it's great being able to have the mount switch between two viewing positions. Jeez it's fun being lazy :) !! As long as the thing works for a few years, I'll be happy (and I'll be back to update my review if it doesn't).

This is a very nice mount for those of you with a Samsung flat screen. It is only moderately useful, although it does allow quite a bit of lateral flexibility, but its coolness factor gives it extra points. My friends' eyes bug out when they see a 52" flat screen moving around when it is turn on or tilted toward them seamlessly. The mount is quite sturdy and relatively easy to install (you need two people for parts of it though).Only drawbacks: First, when it articulates out, your TV become off-centered from the wall. This is because the arm has an elbow that must articulate rather than come straight out from the wall. When the tv returns to the off position, it is centered again (since the elbow is then fully bent).Second, when first hooked up, it was not recognized by my TV. I reversed the cable that goes from the mount to the TV and it worked, even though the cable appears identical from both sides.Very cool mount though worth the price now that they are becoming less expensive.

I've had this installed for about 6 months with my Samsung 52" lcd and it was great for about... 6 months. However, just recently the tilt up/down motion quit working (even after reseting it several times). It tries to go down, but then quickly flips back to horizontal. I mostly use it for panning to the side and that part still works - therefore I still like having this. But I noticed when installing there was minimal directions and support. And now that tilt isn't working - there's really no where to go to get help (even self help instructions).

This was my first time installing a wall mount and I was nervous after hearing about mounts tearing out chucks of dry wall. The instructions are very good and easy to understand. The mount comes with lots and lots of screws to ensure a good mounting. Once it was installed attaching the TV was very easy and the best part was that it runs right off your existing Samsung remote.

I am sure this is great and wish my TV would work all of its functions. I found out after buying it that three TVs are not compatible with this mount. They are the LN37A550P3F , LN40A550P3F ,and LN46A550P3F. Anything other models with an EX-LINK should work. This should have been fully disclosed in bold print to any prospective buyer.

Well wow says it all. A big box store tried to sell me a mount for a 52" LCD for $599.00 and I decided to research this on the internet. Thank goodness I did, found this mount and bought it for a third of the price, it is awesome. Worked well with my Samsung 52A650, would highly recommend.

only works with samsung tvs. its a great mount just need to make a small note it wont aim up. but aims down way more than u need. and side to side is good not terffic just good.

I bought one for my Samsung 52" A650 LCD and it is so cool! I picked up another two of them from Second Act.com before they went out of business. They were blowing them out for like $140.00 shipped! I got one for my 40" Samsung 4071F and the 3rd one is just extra in case something breaks down on the other two. Very cool to see in action. They are very heavy so use good lag bolts and make sure you hit a stud in your wall on at least 4 of the points. The anchors and screws that are provided are crap. The anchors just spun in the sheet rock when I tried to screw in their screws.
