OBDII Scanner iCarsoft i910 for BMW/Mini Multi-System Scanner ABS SRS, Oil Reset

This is nice, but doesn't do everything I needed it to. This claimed to be able to read the SMG computer on my M3, but that was not the case. I able to access all the other codes from various systems within the car except for the SMG. Even downloaded the current firmware in an attempt to read the SMG computer, but it didn't help. This is better then the standard code readers but could do everything I needed. I can only say, do your research and figure out what you need it to do for you.

Needed a scanner that could read and clear BMW specific codes and reset my oil change interval. The I910-2 did read the airbag code I needed it to read. It could not however reset my service interval. When I contacted the company this was their response:________________________Thanks for contacting iCarsoft.I910-II can't reset oil service on E46 now, i910-II has oil service function for the following vehicles:1' E81/E82/E87/E883' E90/E91/E92/E935' E60/E616' E63/E647' E65/E66X' E70, E71, E84mini R55/R56Although it can not do oil service reset for all BMW scanners at the moment, engineer is still developing new software.As soon as there is any new software available, customers can download the software online and update to the latest software._______________________To their credit, their response was very timely (within 12 hours). For the cost of this product however I can't recommend it if it won't clear the service interval for a BMW E46 (330i / 2005).

Much better than the generic scanners (obviously you pay for it), but allows for reading other parts besides the engine codes such as transmission, SRS, and so on. They are vehicle make specific, but work well for the price and can do a lot of what the high end dealer scanners can do.

the tool saved me 300.00 on yhe first use. i was getting a airbag error because the previous owner change the seats from cloth to leather. i had to reset the error twice but it cleared the error. great item , but i had to use youtube to figure out the menus. overll a great product.

It is ok but I can not update from the website. I keep getting basically a read only download. Called the website given number left message no response. It does work mostly ok

Product came in German. Took me hours to figure out how to change to English. Didn’t work in Auto scan and unable to download software update as the website is down.

This product is simply not user friendly. Comes in a nice box and looks great. However, the software update on the mini-disk included would not download to the scanner. Going to the manufacturer's website for updated software was another excercise in futility. Contacted the manufacturer, who responded the same day, but the instructions to remedy the problem were even more confusing;. This review could go on, but suffice to say the item is a great idea at a great price, but is just too confusing. I cannot recommend the product or the seller. At least the manufacturer responded and tried to solve the problems. Contacted the seller but never received a response.

Must have for BMW mechanics or even back yard mechanics. Helped me diagnose a bad ABS sensor on my BMW. It pin pointed me to the correct sensor instead of a guessing game. Very simple to use and light weight.

très bonne article uniquement sur bmw , je n'est plus aucun voyant d'allumer sur mon tableau de bord , seul défaut pas de Français que de l'anglais ou allemand ,

Acheté pour diagnostiquer un témoin airbag sur une Mini Cooper S de 2003. N'a pas réussi à entrer en communication avec le calculateur airbag SRS ..... logique, il était HS. Après remplacement du calculateur (fait par un pro), j'ai maintenant régulièrement le voyant qui s'allume à nouveau : le boitier détecte un Airbag lateral gauche défectueux (classique sur une Mini, à cause des sièges rabattables) et permet d'effacer le code défaut (et donc le voyant)

Detta är ingen avancerad scanner. Kunde inte göra mycket mer än läsa felkoder och återställa service. Många styrenheter går ej att komma åt och den kan inte visa livedata på någonting alls (detta visas i produktbeskrivningen). Gammal mjukvara från 2017 som saknar stöd för F1x och hänger sig ibland. Skulle inte lita på denna om du är proffesionell mekaniker.Blev en retur och inköp av Autel istället.

Aunque me costó coger el truco al funcionamiento del aparato, la verdad que funciona muy bien. En 30 seg. hago el scaneo yleo los errores y si es posible arreglo y los borro.Servicio rápido y buen calidad del producto y envase.Ni una sola objección.
