Q: Does this have the resume feature?

YES, if you take out the DVD and put it back in at a later time, it will start where you left off. It also has a button to pause and play, but if this feature is left on for too long it will just go to stop. Then it will resume where you left off once play is once again pushed. I hope that is what you were asking.
