Beautiful, huge board. When oiled and waxed it is a stunning addition to any kitchen.

Beautifully made and big

Although it's slightly thinner than I expected (I did read the measurements) it's still a high quality board, just make sure to oil it before use. Questionable packaging from the seller but I suppose it's quite hard to damage in transit.

Wood is bending after 2 months of use. Very disappointed.

I own two of these and they are great little boards. Like any board you shouldn’t leave it wet or put it in the dishwasher. When done using it you should wash and dry it and lay it flat. Wood boards also need regular oiling with a food grade mineral oil. Do that and these will last!

I hesitated on buying this because of its size (cumbersome to maneuver while cleaning), yet that's also exactly what I was looking for from it - the broad coverage and beautiful piece. It works perfectly, and I oil and wax it regularly to maintain the stunning colours and its hydration (to avoid any cracking and warping). I would say that if you invest in a piece like this, be prepared to care for it regularly - it deserves that and you'll be rewarded for it if so. I read several reviews here to get a sense of what people thought of the board, its composition, and the care, and knew that I was in for a commitment with looking after it but I haven't had a single regret. It's lovely, does its job, and is a beautiful decor piece in the kitchen. I have a process now where I wash it, towel dry it, apply some oil, then wax once absorbed, and flip to do the reverse side and edges. Again, it's a little work but it's worthwhile if you like nice things.

This board is thicker and sturdier than others on the market. It is also larger, making it more versatile. The color and look makes is beautiful for any presentation.
