As we have done many wildlife safaris and bought many hats, we realized that most of the Hats use double layer of fabric to make it both side usable or to give it a better look. But when you use, it becomes uncomfortable after some time as not enough air pass through. In our hat we have kept single layer of fabric. There’s no additional lining etc. It will allow better air circulation and should result in better comfort. It also reduces in weight and becomes easy to fold.

Bad quality material, string broke off in first go
The hat is too tight for free size, also the strings broke off in the first day itself when trying to adjust. Also very little cushioning at the brim of the hat making it a bit uncomfortable when wore for long timeI dont think this speaks of quality product.
