Holt McDougal Larson Algebra 2: Student Edition 2008

It was as good as new! It had been used before, but hardly noticeable.

This is an important Teacher Edition for high school math teachers. We would fight over the teachers' edition as they often disappear. Many times I was tempted to purchase one of my own, but they were to costly. This was very inexpensive and in near new condition.

Came with a little dent in the corner but nothing major or even bad for buying it used.

I wanted this exact edition for tutoring. Being out of print, I did not have a lot of choices. This copy was very clean, very few markings. Teacher's editions are hard to come by at times. This was exactly what I needed and I've been using it since I received it.

Book was very useful for instant feedback by checking problems after they were done or helping when stuck. Since I wanted to learn the Algebra, I was not tempted to use the book as a "cheat," but that may not be true of everyone - you have to know yourself.

Having the answers is great for the teacher's quick work. Not having step-by-step processes for students is a problem for understanding.
