Results but Expensive
I definitely saw some results after taking this (properly) and it wasn't dramatic, but that is a good thing. I lost about 1.5lbs a week BUT I go to the gym 3 times a week. I did not see results when I didn't exercise but this could just be the brand. Anyway, pricy for the amount they give you but it is 100% pure with only a vegetarian capsule. I would recommend this product if you are willing to spend the money and at least be active for 30 mins a day and take it correctly. It does work.

I don't ever do product reviews but this one is definitely worth it . Its only been 4 days since I started taking gc .I can feel the difference in my body especially my belly fat have seemed to decrease a little . This product controls your hunger a lot . I am eating so little and not feeling hungry . bowel movements are normal plus I walk and jog 30 minutes , 4 days of the week. will keep my post updated with my results .
